No update for me, too. Still "Shipment information received" on the 13th. I expect the delivery on Monday or, at the earliest, Saturday morning.

What is your expected date on apple website?
I had "Shipment information received" on the 14th but expected arrival date is 27

I dont think thats relevant enough. People with delivery date 22-27th already got it. My delivery date is now the 27th but is marked as shipped. It cannot take 2 weeks though...

Correct, my original delivery date was between 20-27th November, then got adjusted to the 23rd (on the Apple order page) but it arrived with DHL today (15th) before lunch.
[doublepost=1510770289][/doublepost]Basically, if you got the shipment notification you'll get your order within a week or less.

The entire experience is frustrating but you should be prepared in advance for it. Shipping to same land with different service providers (UPS, DHL). Is it random? Also, processing of orders seems a bit random.
What bothers me the most is the fact that Apple got the money before actually shipping the device. Amazon always charge you at shipping. Not that I love Amazon too much but at least they are fair at this point

I in fact ordered yesterday, but have 30 Nov to 7 Dec as delivery window. Bet it will change for you as well, especially considering that earlier on the day I ordered it was like 13-20 Dec or something. :p

I have 27 too, but that’s not reliable: simply since DHL has not come up with an expected delivery date yet, Apple guess in an EXTREMELY conservative way.

Eindhoven might just be an office location for DHL, as it only comes up with “shipment information received”. Your device is probably not in Eindhoven at all...

Meanwhile, mine has arrived in Germany. Scheduled for delivery tomorrow :D

Really? My credit card got charged with value date of 11/14, so that is even a day after the order status changed to shipped.
CC charged on 10 Nov. but shipping information was sent on Monday, the 13th. On Wednesday, status changed again to 'sent' and 'on the way to customer'
Chaotic...

I'm confused with Apple´s policy : I reserved a grey 64 GB X the 27.10 at around 12:00 GMT and got a delivery schedule of 03.12.- 13.12. If I would have reserved it today I would get the exact same delivery schedule ...

Whats the point of reserving on launch day then ? Shouldn't we ( the ones that have reserved on launch day) get some sort of priority over those ordering it today ?

the number of production lines has continuously increased so it's plausible

of course, I suppose production improves once they have sorted out the first 2 crazy weeks.
but that doesn't explain the fact that I will be waiting more for my device than someone that orders it today.

No you wont wait more, everybody benefits from production increase. Thats why people with delivery date the 27th November already got their phone

Guys a quick update. Two days ago Apple showed sent with exp delivery on 27/11 (the end of the initial est range of 20-27/11), DHL said shipment info received in Eindhoven (weird. Delivery address should be The Hague). Today Apple’s website changed to sent, on the way to customer, on track, still est delivery 27/11, DHL still shipment info received only. Anyone knows I can suddenly expect to see Apple bringing forward the final delivery date from 27/11?? :) it can’t take 2 weeks to send by plane from China to europe right

yes, some of them :) the chosen ones, god's people, etc

It certainly has nothing to do with money, that's for sure. Apple already charged my credit card and sent me the invoice. But DHL remains stuck at the infamous "Eindhoven" stage.
