When did you place the order? Mine is still Processing and estimated for Nov 10-17. Trying to get my hopes up for an early delivery but I placed the order in the morning after the event (Finnish time).

Cleared customs today, hoping for a speedy flight from Shanghai to Europe - earliest delivery is still set for Friday and I think this might work out.
UPS delivered my Macbook Pro 16" about an hour ago. Turns out that the tracking was incomplete 
Man, getting really close now. Hope it'll be a sweet honeymoon weekend of setting things up and then, probably by mid next week, we will most likely moving into the

- keyboard issues

This only happens with people that are looking for issues and call everything a issue. Like when people was hearing ratteling from the 3GS buttons. I have bought a new mbp every 2 years and I have own like 7 of them and I only did return one. It was the m1 because when I was open the lid it did “snap”

Mine from amazon.de arrives tomorrow! ? I was worried, because I cancelled my apple store order for the amazon one and did not have a delivery date until a few hours ago. Noice!
Ah well, I still have a Macbook Pro 2011 that used to desolder its graphic card. Twice. It is now enjoying its last days as the homework / school laptop for my daughter and doing a good job at it but having the logic board swapped out twice was a bit annoying, albeit without any cost aside from not having access to the machine for a couple of days.

Just an update on this! Order was not cancelled despite the error in doubling up promotions and the order has just shipped! I'll have my new MBP 16 inch tomorrow!

They are an official Apple reseller (the largest in Ireland) and had this student discount for certain unis here, where you could get 14% off any Mac with an M1 chip, and another discount where you could get 13% off any other Mac.
Someone must have messed up when listing the new ones, as I was able to stack the 14% off and 13% off discounts, ending up with just over 25% off the RRP of 3849.
Cologne is like 45 minutes from me (I'm near Maastricht, NL). Wish I could just go and pick it up there myself lol.
I was really hoping for tomorrow... I literally ordered within one minute it went online. This is what you get by speccing out...
I really hope our Macs were onboard that plane. If so we should start seeing new scans by midnight.

UPS says it just left China… and is supposed to be delivered Friday morning (which happens to my birthday…hooray)

Hey, could you tell me the exact wording on UPS's status? Did you get the departure scan? Or is it the in transit, customs cleared?
