Ordered mine a week before, and it just came today.
I did add FinalCut, I'm not sure if that added some time.
I really hope adding a virtual item (in this case preinstalled software or maybe just the license associated to your AppleID) doesn't really adds time to the manufacturing, that would be certainly astounding ... regarding those of you 64gb'ers, all of you had to set the "nerves of steel" mood, my 17 days wait seems nothing as close to two months in your case, hope it's just perfect!

Reading people’s experience a lot of October people have not yet received their orders, while others that ordered a similar config waaaaaay weeks later already received them. Very curious how they prioritize.
Adding Finalcut does not make a difference, its basically a configurator that either deploys an image (not sure how they do that now tbh)
Bottleneck in October and currently still the 64GB and 4TB or higher storages.
I ordered the exact same configuration (Space Gray) one day later. Initial delivery was between 13-20 Dec, about one week later it changed to 7-14 December. It shipped December 6th and will arrive December 15th according to Apple.
my delivery scheduled for today has been delayed....
they say that the package was stopped in Holland for suspected explosive object... but it seems to me that every excuse is a good one with these deliveries... hopefully it will be unblocked....
This is the first time I have had this kind of shipping experience with Apple....

Lucky me I cancelled the replacement yesterday morning, cause at evening I received a call from UPS to grab my old unit, kinda strange cause was been done several hours ago and Apple told me, if the process had continue its usual process, that I shouldn't have to give back the old one till the new arrives, I can't imagine a laptop made new from China and delivered within 2-4 days, so really weird, maybe I'd have to return the old laptop and wait for the new anyways? Or does it really mean they had my replacement ready?
Told the UPS guy that it wasn't needed anymore to grab it, imagine that the delivery process for the other continues the same and I receive another MBP? That would be hilarious ?

First time not ordering direct through the apple store because thought that it could go quicker - well..
Ordered on the 21st of October and suspect the store ordered same day or the day after. Was supposed to be delivered mid November, then early December and now no clue.
Do we know what’s causing the delays of the 64gb specs? Or are there just general delivery delays for the EU?

Ordered the same config but with 2tb, Oct 22. Received it Dec 7 (and i got it later than most others users here)
May be a good idea to call Apple

Where's yours headed to? I read several weeks ago that TNT delivery was faster due to direct flight from Shanghai to Liege, hope you get it really soon!
I live in Switzerland, normally parcels from China or America arrive earlier than in Europe because there is a faster customs passage ... it was supposed to be delivered on Friday but they reported a possibility of explosion for the package, I guess some mistake in finding a battery, I cross my fingers for delivery on Monday! Other people from China to Switzerland have had very fast deliveries in 3 days ...
@psykeman Did your DHL tracking get updated by any chance? mine is still on "Shipment information received"... starting to get worried it won't be delivered by Dec. 14th now shm... ?♂️
Same here, the DHL tracking page shows 'Shipment information received' since tuesday (for a delivery next tuesday, Dec 14) but it's normal. It'll probably update tonight or tomorrow morning and then delivery is only 1-2 days away, unless you live in a remote place in Europe.
DHL doesn't update the tracker info till it arrives physically to the NL hub, usually from Apple "Shipped" status till the package arrives to Europe, expect 4-6 working days, and from there you'll receive a SMS indicating 24-48h delivery, so it's highly possible that your machines arrive today/tomorrow and next week, knocking on wood, they'll be at your houses.
If you see no movement at the end of this week, I'll call DHL and ask for info (maybe christmas congestion is affecting them as well) ... cause most of us, myself included, waited for that period, though that, don't call them now, cause Apple and DHL won't know where your package is and they'll ask you to remain calm (I've been there) and wait till your ETA is expired.

Well, my status page changed from Processing back to "Order placed". The price also changed to what it originally was when I placed the order (yes, before prices were different, actually cheaper!). It also says I can't modify the order at the moment, and that I can try in a few hours. Weird...
Still no updates on DHL here either. But, I do have some new updates on Apple Store. And instead of showing it's shipped and will arrive December 15th, it has restarted, that is, the order is complete and will arrive between December 13-20. WTF!? Surely this must be a bug in their system? Anyone else that have problems with Apple Store?
The order page also shows some inconsistencies: The base price says it includes the royalties tax, however, it's applied on top of it again. 3137€ including 34€ royalties tax, but then the price is 3171 + VAT. Yesterday this price was actually 3144,50 € + VAT, which I don't know where it came from.
