Just got a message from DHL, custom build - UK. Estimated delivery date on apple site is 29.10-2.11

I was able to find mine through the UPS reference tracking! No BTO, delivery tomorrow

It's been in 'preparing for shipping' for a few days now with estimated delivery tomorrow, but still no tracking or 'Shipped' status, which worries a bit because other orders (i.e. charger) have moved to Shipped this morning with the same arrival date.

Belgium btw.

No need to worry I've had iPhone Pre-Orders in the past where I had to wait until the evening until the status changed to Shipped.

In the meantime, you can try to track it on the UPS page by using your order number as the reference number.

Same situation here, unable to track my shipment using reference number on UPS (neither on FedEx, DPD, or DHL). Still says 3-8 Nov on the Apple Store status. BTO with US Keyboard, shipping to NL. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or it simply hasn't shipped and @Dr.Ravencroft got lucky with early shipment?

As far as I remember you can use the WAYBILL number to figure out which DHL freight flight your Macbook‘s gonna be on so you can use FlightTracker to track it in real time
Probably it‘s gonna go to Leipzig first (DHL main Hub in Europe), and from there gonna fly to the closest DHL hub where you live.

Your way too worried. Your computer will most likely arrive soon. If Apple Store tells you it will arrive between xx and xx then everything before is a bonus and I have been buying way to much things from Apple Store so I can tell you by experience that you usually get your shipment before the date that Apple Store says.

Received order confirmation 8:41. Meant lucky because your indication was 3-8 nov (like mine as well), thought most people who order as early as you got the estimate for Tuesday. In any case as @5425642 said, it doesn't really matter, but just curious if it'll come earlier than expected!

Jup pretty much that, ansi vs iso thing. I also like ansi more for programming, scripting and the terminal . It’s just a preference.

For me, it's just the other way round. I fully agree on using QWERTY as I got used to that layout (after learning AZERTY in school) because of the Commodore 64. But ISO has a few useful keys extra in easy to reach places. The horizontal enter with the extra key on top of that just don't vibe with me. But hey, there's people using 40% keyboards and there's people using 105 key keyboards, there's people using cashier keyboards and others using Avid keyboards. To each his own The best thing about getting a French AZERTY in Belgium (even for us Dutch speakers...) is that I can sell the machines second hand in France, which is a bigger market than the Netherlands!

My 16 inch 1tb, 32gb M1 Pro is now also shipped with UPS to Germany but there isn't any delivery date yet.
