Apple is releasing at least one Sport Band and/or one Sport Loop in Extra Large (or XL) almost every season. They're available online. As of today, a total of 11 bands were released, but I was told that Apple Support has some more colors in stock if you have a bigger wrist and you are kindly asking for.
From the photo it looks like the strap could go well with the blue S7 🤔 I'm still looking for a band that comes closest to the lighter Blue of the S7. In most of the photos in ads, Blue Cobalt looks much darker.
I always thought the charcoal band with the blue accents looked really sharp on the blue watch.
A lot of darker tones in that group. Perhaps because those bands are expected to be the best sellers? 🤷🏻♂️
It’s a pretty dark band, I think she’s under bright grocery lighting or overcast farmer’s market lighting

Decided to get a few bands for my Hermes SSSB S8, coming from a SS Graphite S4, though I’m not much of a band collector or so one says pre reading this thread
I’m quite lucky in that I’m not a colourful person so I’m always wearing grey or black clothing, so I’m naturally gravitating towards the darker colour bands. I like black/grey/dark greens normally so that’s what I’ve been focusing on band wise.
The only splash of colour I’ve ordered is a new Hermes Orange sports band via Apple
Otherwise I’ve ordered from ebay:

Black Solo Loop
Cyprus Green Solo Loop
Inverness Green BSL
Looking out for a Eucalyptus Solo Loop in size 8 now

My guess is, Apple is choosing the most neutral and less spectacular color as possible for a default. So it fits most people without bigger complaints.

Actually I have the exact opposite problem, I have skinny wrists. If you look at one of the photos I posted you can see the XL size band goes completely around my wrist and the end of it is right up against the watch. I even had to wear it a bit loose to get it to fit. I am going to try to see if I can make it work when it is this band‘s turn to be worn later this year. It would be nice to see if I can trade it for the regular size band with someone that can use this XL band. I am surprised the Bandbrite app does not list these XL bands.
You can see how much ”space“ I have with the regular bands.

We do——not as individual bands though. Every band detail is mentioning the XL size in "Size" and "Additional information" fields where available. Additionally, you can set a filter for the extra size.
[Update] Yes, "Bandbreite" is coming to iPad and your Mac soon. 😉

To my untrained eye the Nike Black/Black is lighter compared to Hermès Black
Though sometimes it looks darker in some lighting situations, added mightnight solo

I think what we all love about the Hermes noir sport band is the tone as much as the darkness. It has that warm cast like the Unity BSL.
Could you compare black/black to any other black Nike sport bands?
Yeah it’s a great band
I only have an old Black/Volt Nike Sport but unfortunately it’s back in NZ.
Will compare when I get back if I can find it 😅
