Interesting! I think it looks great on the sport band! I often think about switching the other way around. I chose to stay on the SS S7 because I charge it daily anyways + IMO the Hermes Bands, Classic Buckles, Milanaise Loop + Link Bracelet look SO clean on a SS Watch.
Ironstone/Black nike sport band
Kinda still dream about what an ironstone sport loop woulda been, with possible splashy accent color
Aubergine Modern Buckle (Fall 2019) on Gold SS S5.
One of just two leather bands with matching gold SS hardware – lugs and buckle both. The hardware is matched to the bronze-hued gold of the S4 and S5 SS.
Ofc there's more if we count the elusive 18k rose/yellow gold modern and classic buckles that came bundled with the 18k rose/yellow gold Edition watches from 2015, but those were never available as standalone bands.
I’m too thin to capture a frontal view of the band; the watch case occupies the entire vertical breadth of my wrist and obscures the band from vision, so I’ve got to show it off from the sides.

Divisive but so unique. I’m a huge fan but also am not a person of avocado interior architecture trauma experience 😸
Purple Fog braided solo loop aka Milk Purple
Gold - Hermès Leather/Attelage Single Tour. This band screams luxury and perfectly highlights how flexible Apple Watch is. This comes from a time where Angela Ahrendts wanted to make Apple a luxurious company, and it shows. I own no LV, Hermes, Moncler, etc. but I am glad I purchased this special band. I wish the band came with QR-Codes to have the Hermes Watch Face, but oh well.

If all you had to do was buy a Hermès band to get the faces then that would totally defeat the purpose of the Hermès Apple Watch but hey I hear you lol
A while back @athousandbands conceptualized a couple of bands for the fall set based on leaked third party cases that supposedly copy Apple’s colors. A bit of a stretch, but we’ve seen things like it before.
This morning I got to see a 45mm marked gray, veeery similar to the cases we’ve seen and atb’s concept. I think this set is pretty much confirmed in a way.
No way to know for sure if this unreleased color is about to be released or not. Guess we’ll find out on Tuesday.

Some additions to my collection today.
Three woven nylon bands - Red, Berry, Yellow/Light Gray (with a gold buckle - didn’t pay attention there).
Also the Nike Black/Volt sport band
and one Apple Sport Band sold as Lemonade, unfortunately without box, so I am not sure.
It is slightly darker than Flash, what would be your guess, dear band experts?

Well it could work like the Nike Edition, which got basically scraped since the only difference was digitally
Midnight/Eucalyptus sport loop, with fire Blue Jay trim
If you’ll allow me to be not fun for a second…are we looking at a coastal gray with even less pizazz?
Those bands were not designed with the Ultra in mind. Of course they look better with the original design.
It’s no different than putting an Ultra designed band on the the SS and saying you are going to sell your SS cause it doesn’t look as good. Do you prefer the SS or the Ti in an S7 with that same band even?
If you like the band better than the watch then ditch the Ultra….just saying.
I have both a S7Ti and an ULTRA and I rarely like the same bands on both.
