off on a sort of tangent here... I originally did not get Cactus because from all the photos it looked really similar to Pine Green. Well, due to boredom or a lull in other band finds, I ordered it and got it earlier this week. I've been going back and forth on weather or not to keep it because I've been trying to convince myself one way(its too similar) or another(its different enough from Pine).

I think this morning I realized that it does have a place in my collection and it may help someone out there. I have been trying to put Cactus next to my "green" bands... (below:Spearmint, Cactus, Pine, Khaki)

What I realized this morning, at least with the bands I have, is that it should sit not to the right of Spearmint, but rather to the LEFT and next to my Turquoise band...

so with the bands I have, Cactus seems to fit in that slot and when I put it there, there is a definite difference and I can see why I would want both. Maybe everyone already figured this out, but it took me a week to realize it. Cactus is definitely more blue than green to my eyes

Welcome to the Cactus rationalization game. Th ending is always the same: It’s a keeper! I actually would place it in my top 10 list at this point. Lighting really makes an impact, but it sits so nicely between the blue and green lines it makes it stand on its own strongly. It only looks green when its not next to green bands.

Dont have one for every watch band made, but I made one to keep track of which bands I have. It lists the band name, release date, if I have the box and all pieces, how much I paid for it, and what the recent average price is. I regret making it though. Turns out, I’ve spent a lot of money on bands...

That’s A great idea. I’m basically looking for the same... minus the price paid to still be able to trick myself into thinking I haven’t lost my mind.

Thanks! Hopefully he replies if he has one. Otherwise I’m going to start working on one soon. It’s getting to the point where its hard to keep track and I constantly have to look at boxes to double check.

Cactus and Khaki give me Olive Flak & Celestial Teal vibes. Think I'll grab Cactus when it comes out, or if they have any old stock left, when the new ones come out.

As they don‘t „loop“ in any way, they will probably be harder to put on than the existing leather loops, but sit better/flatter on the wrist. I‘m intrigued ...

Check UPS’ rates. They usually have decent international shipping. Just enter a general destination, like Los Angeles, 90012. Should only be about .25kgs/package.

Great comparison. Cactus makes much more sense next to turquoise to me. I’m not tempted by it but turquoise is very pretty.

I like the idea of a list but NOT the price I paid lol - that would depress me. Though that’s a good idea if you wanted to sell them later.

I guess I should prepare to get depressed. Once my stragglers I bought come in I plan to mark the colors so I don’t forget and prices cause I’m curious, at least in this stage it won’t be THAT much. Everything was less than original retail so I can at least compare it to that and feel happy.

OH. thanks for this. I bought a band without the seller remembering the color. I was assuming it was turquoise and I think this confirms that. Does make me think about cactus again, though it seems like a dark blue and I have a thing where dark makes me think = boring. Don’t shoot me. But I’ve got the turq and spearmint already. P.s. what’s the dark, brown? one. Second to last.

I do believe that's turquoise.

the other option would be the new Beryl, they are super similar, but based on the lugs, that's turquoise.

The 2-tone (edge/face) on some of them is interesting. They sort of did it with the Meyer LL, as it had a near-white edge. That’s what makes me believe that they may indeed be legit. Not so sure I’m a fan of the change to a more “bubbly” sort of form with the surface texture being so raised for the magnets.

I have a funny feeling this is going to turn out to be a (possibly failed) prototype for a waterproof leather loop.
