Well I did it....ordered the midnight turquoise/aurora green Nike sport band! Can’t wait to see it.

I wonder if I can sell my sunshine Sport loop. My hubby bought it for my bday in March (my first loop band) but I’ve only worn it twice. Just not me. I prefer my regular sport bands and Nike sport bands. My return window at Best Buy has passed so I can’t return it anyway. Hate that he wasted $50.

You'll love it - it's great! In my eyes, it's like a spiritual match to the famous ol' Gamma SB, in that it has such a poppy and "against the grain" styling for the likes of Nike (to-date, anyways).

I wanted to be prepared for the next update, so started to do some research about the 1st/2nd gen bands you mentioned.

Stone: Check and done.
Pink Sand: Check and done.
Midnight Blue: MLL02 (Fall/2015) and MTPH2 (Fall/2018), but besides the fact Apple change the visual I don't see any difference in color here, or am I wrong, because it look completely different in real?

I bought gen 2 for completeness and it arrived last week. It’s very very similar, but both my wife and I thought there is a tiny, tiny difference with gen 2 being the fractionally lighter.

Same band outside. I think I got it new in box on eBay a couple years ago.

I’m confident enough to call that as gen 1 from those pics

Delivery was attempted* yesterday and today for my Canary Yellow (to finish the yellows) and Blue Horizon. Yay!


*We’re not living in our house as it’s having building work done but it’s still the billing address for my cards and some orders don’t allow separate shipping addresses.

Actual "Yellow" is, I think, one of the original colors (there have been a lot of yellow variants over the years). I prefer a few of the other yellows more (I settled on Pollen). Spearmint is fairly recent, and I absolutely love it. No opinion on Apricot.

I can’t say I love yellow as much as I do when it was the only yellow when it launched in fall 2015, especially this new pollen in my life that is something like a hard boiled egg yolk...but it’s hard to resist primary yellow, for that 90s rave/Ali G look (respek).

Pollen is nice But i like to have a stronger Yellow. Ordered Flash.

I have always kept the box for my Apple things. They’re just nice! They’ll go when I resell my things, so I don’t just have a rando closet of Apple boxes.

I keep the boxes thinking I'll use them when reselling, never do, and now have a massive closet of Apple boxes Should throw them out I suppose, but seems a shame now!

I keep most of my Apple boxes. I will only throw them away if I no longer have the item. Like if trade-in my iPhone or watch instead of privately selling them.

I kept all of mine, as well, but they were stolen in a break-in (fortunately, just the boxes). Not that it really matters since I don't bother re-selling my stuff anymore (I either trade it in to Apple or just donate it).

Initially I thought the sell through was just really high. Now I’m wondering if he just delisted and reassessed the price. On a side note, Sunset in Large size has been a literal unicorn for me. I have come across probably 10 different Medium size ones on various sites or in trades. No Larges. I wonder why Sunset (and cornflower to some extent) in ANY size appears so much less common than the other Loops.

It’s time to print more holders.... I have 20 or so not hung up right now Either in a drawer or in the mail.

Let me know if you find a reasonably priced medium loop. I’m all for it. Also, you have a LOT of bands. I’m jealous of many colors on your wall...
