Haha, fair enough.

I'm just going to buy one and jailbreak it, can't be doing with o2 price plans!

And if the 3G comes out and it's hella expensive, or it looks horrible, I'll just pick up an original somewhere.

Yep I have to agree. Even when working in a sh**ty supermarket for £6/hrs and if you work just one day a week, for a year you will have more then £2000 for which you can already buy some stuff.
£6/hr would be BANK here in the states. I don't even get that now and I'm 19 working an actual internship. I get what would be equivalent to £5/hr or $10/hr here, and I have to survive off of that... Minimum wage here is $5.15 (the nation's lowest).

6£ is fine around here too. I get about 6.50£.

I'm currently on £5.63 an hour - which isn't that bad for someone my age.

I've just been put on commission and currently have a £6k sale which is being actuated half way through this week (hopefully) which will be my first sale on commission - so amz happy.

Sweet! What kind of retail (I'm guessing you are retail) are you in?

Key timing in commissions based sales is sweet. So much money.

Texas, unfortunately.
Well, as long as we're posting PC's, I rearranged my PC setup a few days ago.

HP Pavillion 2.4 GHz
512 MB RAM
80 GB HDD
WIndows XP SP3

Yes, that is a piece of a Domino's Pizza box being used as a mouse pad. It actually works really well.

Maybe it is my love of pizza, or food in general...but if I had that as my mouse mat I'd constantly want to eat pizza. Despite it being dominoes. :(

^ check the worlds currency's updated every hour during business days.

1 UK Pound Sterling (British pounds) = 2.00. This has lost value over the past 10 years due to recent & rising Canadian dollar - or shall I say falling US economy/dollar, along with the Euro dollar as well. Used to be 2.52CAN back some 10yrs ago.

$10/hr as a part time tech at an Authorized Apple retailer? Dude that is really cheap! Either your VERY young - under 17 - or THEIR cheap. As Mr.T said "Stay in School Fool, Do drugs, pitty the system"! Sorry Don't Do Drugs :D!

But anything related to your current field in the high end would be beneficial - apply at Apple tech support see how that goes.
