PCs/Mac iPods/Zune living together:p

I don't see why everybody just choose *one* company, I love products from both!

I'm sixteen, and I absolutely love my set up. I'd only change the fact that under my desk, there's wires EVERYWHERE.

I can see a 240gb Zune/iPod in the future, but of course the harddrives need to be smaller.

As Apple have taken a step backwards with the iPod 120gb, I can see the next one (possibly) being a thinner 160gb iPod.

I'm sure the zune's capacity will increase as well.
..and I still prefer it to my iPods:p

Oh, and whoever said tidy people are boring people, you're wrong. Very wrong.

Sorry guys :(...
I'm 14 and my parents won't let me get a Mac because they're too expensive and "we'd have to get all new software" (dad's word, not mine). So I decided to take on a little project known as MacBook Nano ;).
Using my new Eee 1000H, I created a MacBook Nano. And just before the year was over, upgraded the RAM to 2GB and the HDD to 320GB.
So my specs are as follows:
1.6GHz Intel Atom CPU
2GB RAM
320GB HDD
Intel GMA 950
1.3MP webcam (compatible as an iSight camera :D)
Ralink RT2860 Wifi (working with the new Taiwan Ralink driver)
Multi-touch trackpad (some gestures working e.g. 2 finger scroll)
Sound (working due to AzaliaAudio and Audieee)
External Samsung DVD-RW with Lightscribe.
So there is my setup. My :apple: MacBook Nano :D

EDIT: I also have an unlocked iPhone (EDGE) and a 30GB iPod Video 5G

I respect this guy. He tries hard to get what he wants.

I tried to get my Hackint0sh working...in the end I needed to free up the Hard Drive, and the wi-fi, nor the Audio was working. (Only things I really do on computer relate to listening music, or using the web)

You kind of have to build for hackintosh by choosing chip sets and components that are known to be compatible. 100% working, in every respect, hackintosh here.

Yeah, but last year, I didn't care about computers, in this year..I've learned more about computer within this past year than I have my whole life.

If you asked me last year why a processor mattered, I probably would've said I don't know. All I knew was that Intel was better than AMD

Um, a little ego-centric are we? And most of us don't have projectors cause we are under-18 (hence this being the 18 & under thread) and have no need for one, nor could we afford one. Lets see some photos to back that up (but why don't we see them where they belong in the other thread). And in my eyes, a setup isn't just about what technology you have, but how you present it (desk setup, etc.).

im 13 and i have an iMac and an iPod touch 32GB, now you may be thinking that i'm one of those kids who get everything!

But i had to pay for most of these.

The one with the macbook is my bedroom setup. I use it for recording and backups (WD My Book 640 GB on right, Line 6 Pod Studio UX2 Left, and Sennheiser HD-280 PRO on far left). I bought the macbook and hard drive myself, the other two were gifts.

The other one is my hall setup - there's a compaq PC and two printers there :) and don't forget the kitty clock I found at the dollar store :) I will never get my wires together as they just keep growing.

Sorry for bad quality I used my cellphone.

I'm 14 BTW.

My MacBook Pro and iPhone 3G Dont really have a place they live, as theyre always moving. Im sorting out my desk soon, so i'll be making a place for my MacBook Pro to be when im not using it etc, so will get some picks up then.
