That's not a 12 inch powerbook. I wouldn't mind if Apple killed off the mini and reintroduced the Cube. Of course a more glass/metal case would be sweet and it could fit in as Apple's midrange tower so many people are always begging for.

For me, it was the Quadra 700. I loved the easy to work on cases of the IIcx/IIci, and the 700 brought '040 power to that awesome case design.

Laptop: 12" Powerbook. It is big enough to do just about everything on but small enough to just lug around all day.
Desktop: The Cube, close 2nd is the Mac Mini.

Whoa... a glass/aluminum rehash of the Cube? That could be beeeeautiful. If done right.

It's finally about to be replaced:

I'm not saying it's the best ever, just my favorite.

That was actually my first ... only mine... Mac. Bought it on eBay and used it daily until the MotherBoard died a few months later. Great machine. I only wish mine came with an AirPort Card.

The iMac G5 iSight

Always thought it was the perfect balance between form factor and performance, it was going to be my first mac, but then we all switched to intel :p
