If your AMDRadeonX3000.kext has loaded correctly, then you have to turn off the AMD GPU and lower the temperature.

Make sure your AMDRadeonX3000.kext has the Info.plist file inside.

Verify that the AMDRadeonX3000.kext appears with the kexstat command:

Make sure your AMDRadeonX3000.kext has the Info.plist file inside.

It has. Now i have got amd3000 in ext-off directory, not in extensions.

I don't know how you got AMDGPUWakeHandler in kextstat, the guide only mentions AMDRadeonX3000.

I think that is a GRUB solution not MikeyN one.

You are using two guides at the same time - MikeyN Guide and brainshutdown / BlackGate (GRUB Solution).

If you use GRUB at boot time, then the AMD GPU is power off at boot time.
That's why you do not see the AMD6000Controller.kext, AMDLegacyFrameBuffer.kext, AMDLegacySupport.kext, AMDRadeonX3000.kext with the kextstat command.

You also have to move the AMDGPUWakeHandler.kext from the /Library/Extensions directory to not be loaded at boot time.
At least BlackGate's rule was to put this AMDGPUWakeHandler.kext in this /Library/Extensions directory.

What version of kext(OS) have you got loaded on your machine that decreases the failed GPU temp?

-> both those updates did not have .plist file.
-> tried 10.13.5's kext, did not work, tomorrow I will try 10.13.4 and 10.13.3....

Update:

Test with GRUB Solution installed on a USB Stick / Pendrive -> power on Macbook Pro and press Option key -> select USB Stick / Pendrive with GRUB.

GRUB does a Power Off on the AMD GPU at boot. And the temperature of the GPU Die Analog has to decrease.
If it does not lower the temperature, then it can be a problem in the temperature sensor.

When you do a GRUB on boot, then the AMD GPU does not appear in System Information -> Graphics / Displays.
This shows that GRUB worked to power off AMD GPU.

Good News,
I don't know how this really happened but I managed to bring down the temperature to around 32 degrees.
this is what I did
->First my system freezed again, black screen and the machine was not booting....I tried 5 times then finally it booted then
->reset smc ->reset nvram ->set nvram gpu-power-prefs->reboot->replaced 10.13.6 AMDRadeonX3000 kext with 10.13.4 one-> cleared kext caches -> enabled SIP ->reboot ->load the AMD3000 kext.

At this point, the machine was running high on temp, the GPU die temp was showing 128 degree celsius and cpu temp was around 72 degrees. The process that was running full-on was coreduetd taking up 100% cpu. I left it go at that temps constant for around 30 mins, then I lost hope and I went ahead with replacing back the original kext.

->replaced back the original kext-> the kext started with loginhook and BAAMM the temperature started falling down and stabilized in 32 degrees.

Update:
->the temperature went havoc again after restarting normally.
->I turned it off directly by pressing the power button-> booted it into recovery and then I normally booted it and now it has gone down to 32 again.
-> I don't know what happens but it does something to the sensors just by booting into recovery.
-> One Important thing, If I try to restart, sometimes it freezes and completely shuts down and after few tries with black screen, it fires up again. Any suggestions on that?

At this point, the machine was running high on temp, the GPU die temp was showing 128 degree celsius and cpu temp was around 72 degrees. The process that was running full-on was coreduetd taking up 100% cpu. I left it go at that temps constant for around 30 mins, then I lost hope and I went ahead with replacing back the original kext.

->replaced back the original kext-> the kext started with loginhook and BAAMM the temperature started falling down and stabilized in 32 degrees.

I think some luck played part in that.

Update:
->the temperature went havoc again after restarting normally.
->I turned it off directly by pressing the power button-> booted it into recovery and then I normally booted it and now it has gone down to 32 again.
-> I don't know what happens but it does something to the sensors just by booting into recovery.
-> One Important thing, If I try to restart, sometimes it freezes and completely shuts down and after few tries with black screen, it fires up again. Any suggestions on that?

Your Macbook Pro 2011 has a problem with the sensors or is a software problem.

I had a problem with AppleSpell service (overheat Macbook Pro 2011). I solved by turning off the correct spelling automatically in Keyboard settings.

1 - Disable Siri -> System Preferences -> Siri

2 - System Preferences -> Keyboard:

Tab Text -> Disable Correct spelling automatically

Tab Text -> Disable Capitalize words automatically

Tab Text -> Disable Add period with double-space

Tab Text -> Disable all languages -> Spelling -> Automatic by language -> set up -> disable all languages -> enable only Polsky.
My system is all in English. So I select a different language from my system and I do not usually open files with Polish texts.

Tab Dictation -> Disable dictation -> Dictation off -> Microphone picture -> Line In

3 - System Preferences -> Spotlight
Disable all -> Search Results -> disable Applications, Contacts, Calculator, etc.

And reboot Macbook Pro 2011 - > see if temperature decrease.

Try the GRUB Solution on a USB Stick / Pendrive if the problem is not resolved with the above suggestions and see if the temperature decrease.

Well, this night I checked, that on High Sierra my MBP wakes from sleep, but with extremely low brightness.
I couldn't set it with brightness slider, but it works!
Any ideas how to fix it?

Hi guys, first of all thanks everybody for their knowledge, time and effort.

I did the EFI fix from @AppleMacFinder (thank you) which did work.
My system is running on High Sierra 10.13.16. The thing that does not work
is the Brightness slider which is missing on Preferences-Displays. (Buttons f1-f2 don't work as well).
I read about a simple solution that gave @Oleg-Sentia with Brightness Slider application from App store.
I tried it, is working but it can manage only from the last value that screen brightness was left after the fix and below.

is there any workaround?

Hi, thank you @AppleMacFinder and everybody helping with this.
I went through all the steps without issues, and after reboot I everything loaded fine, but after sturt up gfxCardStatus still shows Dynamic Switching chosen, and I can choose Discrete (AMD) or Integrated only. Does it mean smth went wrong during the process? I followed steps quite accurately.
Any help or explanation would be appreciated.

P.S. also when I switch to Discrete in gfxCardStatus the colour of the screen gets a bit colder / whiter and back to Integrated makes it back warmer.

Did you remove the AMD Kexts described at first in @AppleMacFinder?

I did the fix one time without removing them and i was able to change to the AMD Radeon card via gfxcardstatus.
but then i removed the AMD kexts and applied it again the 100% working solution steps.
Now even if you change it to Discrete card via gfxcardstatus it won't change at all. It will use the Intergrated card.

1) fsck -fy (to check a disk)
2) mount -uw / (mount a root filesystem with read/write permissions)
3) sudo mkdir /AMD_Kexts/ (make a directory to store the AMD drivers in case you'll need them in future)
4) sudo mv /System/Library/Extensions/AMD*.* /AMD_Kexts/ (move the AMD drivers)
5) sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches/ (remove the AMD drivers cache)
6) sudo mkdir /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches/ (just in case OS X will be dumb and will not recreate this directory, I am creating it for OS X)
7) sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions/ (to update the timestamps so that new driver caches - without AMD drivers - will be definitely rebuilt)
8) sudo umount / (umount a partition to guarantee that your changes are flushed to it)
9) sudo reboot

Hi there. I have had a "dead" computer for quite a few months now but when I tried your method it worked! The only problem is now my mouse doesn't work. It works fine at login but once logged in, the pointer disappears.

It looks like my battery has swelled causing issues with my trackpad but it's strange that you can see the pointer at the start and then it goes.

Any suggestions?
