Good News,
I don't know how this really happened but I managed to bring down the temperature to around 32 degrees.
this is what I did
->First my system freezed again, black screen and the machine was not booting....I tried 5 times then finally it booted then
->reset smc ->reset nvram ->set nvram gpu-power-prefs->reboot->replaced 10.13.6 AMDRadeonX3000 kext with 10.13.4 one-> cleared kext caches -> enabled SIP ->reboot ->load the AMD3000 kext.
At this point, the machine was running high on temp, the GPU die temp was showing 128 degree celsius and cpu temp was around 72 degrees. The process that was running full-on was coreduetd taking up 100% cpu. I left it go at that temps constant for around 30 mins, then I lost hope and I went ahead with replacing back the original kext.
->replaced back the original kext-> the kext started with loginhook and BAAMM the temperature started falling down and stabilized in 32 degrees.

I think some luck played part in that.

Update:
->the temperature went havoc again after restarting normally.
->I turned it off directly by pressing the power button-> booted it into recovery and then I normally booted it and now it has gone down to 32 again.
-> I don't know what happens but it does something to the sensors just by booting into recovery.
-> One Important thing, If I try to restart, sometimes it freezes and completely shuts down and after few tries with black screen, it fires up again. Any suggestions on that?
