Just posted up pics of my barn door. Here are the links. Let me know what you think!
And one pic of the setup:
Can't wait to shoot with it!

Also, your Flickr link (in your signature) seems to lead to an error.
Does your Canon camera have an electronic first curtain shutter? If so, did you use it because that might help a lot with your photography through the telescope. From a stability point of view, your system looks fairly light weight so any shutter/mirror vibration is going to cause your images to be somewhat blurred. Here are some of mine...

Your images look fairly good, so it may not be that much of an issue but I know that I'm constantly fighting against vibrations with my Nikon DSLR and I'm pretty close to moving to a different camera just because of this problem.
My "best" telescope cost me $400 and I've yet to reach its full potential (it's an AstroTech AT72ED refractor). However, that cost doesn't factor in the significant amount of support equipment that I already owned from my relatively long involvement in astrophotography. It's only a very cheap scope with a very basic mount so getting it steady and focused is hard work.
I did use mirror lock up, that helped a lot. I think I would get much better result with using a decent scope with a proper EQ mount.
Can't afford that though!
