I don't think the 810 is slated to be released until 2015 so don't hold your breath for its inclusion in the Note 4. In fact, I don't believe the 805 has even been officially released in a device yet so not sure why you'd expect the Note 4 to leapfrog an entire generation of CPUs.

It's going to be plenty powerful with the 805 if that's what it does in fact get.

The Samsung S5 LTE-A and the LG G3 LTE-A both use the 805. And if I'm not mistaken, the 810 isn't due to be released until the second half of 2015 so I'd look for it in the Note 5 or other phones released in that timeframe or after.

Yeah, believe you're correct regarding the LTE-A models however, didn't take them into account as I believe they are S. Korea/Asian exclusives.

Regardless, as you reiterated, the point was that there's no need for hoping the Note 4 will have an 810 as its availability is a long ways off.

And your comment is exactly what I thought, but then I think I read they are ahead of schedule on it? Either way as I said I doubt it'll get the 810, most likely the 801 or 805. But as to what Exynos chip Samsung will use for the US variant I have no idea? If they do use an Exynos chip.

stuck at work so trying to think which blog to follow. Not allowed to stream here :(

Aww. I'm off work. Not going back until end of September so I'm going to enjoy it. I didn't get to watch Google i/o or WWDC because I was working. I'm not allowed to stream at work, not even allowed to have my phone with me.

Yes no phones allowed, it's classed as contraband. You get used to it after a while. However being on holiday i'm now glued to my phone lol I'll have to get used to it all over again when I go back.

Seriously impressed with the innovation Samsung has implemented here, and Apple won't be able to claim they copied them!
