Time, because it rules EVERYTHING!
Specs on the Galaxy Note 4 from Engadget, yes it has the 805 in it:

Just as you'd expect in any incremental device in a given phone series, the new phone comes with plenty of improvements over the last. The Super AMOLED screen got a bump from 1080p resolution to Quad HD (2,560 x 1,440); the rear-facing camera is now 16MP (up from 13); and the battery gets a marginal increase from 3,200mAh to 3,220mAh. The Note 4 also marks the first time in a long time that Samsung has improved the front-facing camera: It's blessed with a 3.7MP sensor and an aperture of f/1.9 for theoretically better low-light selfies. The Korean Note 4 will feature an octa-core Exynos 5433 chipset, which is split up into a 1.9GHz quad-core processor for bigger activities and a 1.3GHz quad-core for the menial tasks; everywhere else, the Note 4 will boast a 2.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 with a 600MHz Adreno 420 GPU. Both versions will feature 3GB of RAM, the same amount as the Note 3. For internal memory, you can choose between 32 and 64GB, and you can add up to a 64GB microSD card (not 128GB, oddly). Lastly, just like the Galaxy S5, you'll get a fingerprint scanner on the front and a heart rate monitor on the back underneath the camera and next to the flash; Samsung's added a UV light sensor to the back as well.

I have to say though, next to that new Note Edge the Note 4 looks dull!

The Edge looks odd to me. It will definitely be unique but not sure how the functionality will hold up. Just seems like it would be awkward to hold.

I mean, its a nice phone. It seems like a spec bump from the Note 3, though. I just don't trust Samsung...they come out with too many phones. The Edge seems like a gimmick. I wish them the best, though.

Woah, the smartwatch look HUGE on her wrist.

it's way more than a spec bump. Not sure how it is. Just because it's the same size doesn't mean it's a spec bump.

You probably would have felt differently about it if Apple announced it first.

The edge is innovation.

Not really. The only Apple products I own are the ipad and ipod shuffle. :D

Deciding between the iphone 6, Moto X+1 and the Note right now. With all these releases it's an exciting time to be a techie.

I'm using the S5 and I think it's a significant upgrade from this phone.

I'm ready to go all in with samsung now. I'll let go of my ipad air and pick up the tab pro 10.1.

I think they were wise to hedge their bets with the edge. See how consumers respond to it before going that way full bore.

Time, because it rules EVERYTHING!
Found the Galaxy Note Edge specs:

Its 5.6in 2560x1440 display curves off the right-hand side of the phone, creating an extra area that can be used to display notifications, app controls and widgets.

Inside, the Galaxy Note Edge packs a quad-core 2.7GHz Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB RAM and 32GB storage (expandable by up to 128GB using microSD). There's also a 3,000mAh battery to keep things chugging along; naturally, it's removeable. There's a 16MP rear camera with optical image stabilisation, and a 3.7MP, f1.9 front-facing snapper – which can snap wide-angle selfies using a new panoramic picture mode.

So it's pretty powerful. I can see the modding community going nuts for this one haha.

Wow. That white Note 4 looks beautiful. I'm always impressed by the Note series. Looks premium, looks powerful, looks feature-rich.
