It is more antagonizing holding and trying it only to have to leave empty handed.
I wonder that as well but they seem to randomly go on sale for 20 - 30 minutes in the middle of the night and only on specific colors. Either way, they were really good about replacing defective cases last year for free during initial release.
edit: This was for the Nexus 5 case (home button issue)

I got the slim armor last year when the Note 3 was released and the same thing happened. They were going for about $3.50. There was no defect or follow up revision.

Wow. After viewing that video, I wonder why anyone would bother with a case for this phone.
I played around with the N4 again at Bb last night. That screen...it just pops at you. The TW experience seems to be toned down as well. It was so fast and fluid. I took a few pictures with the N4 and then did the same with my IP6 but the N4 was locked down and would not let me get the pics off of the phone. I wanted to see the comparison. The N4 seems to be really nice.........
Yep the note series are VERY tough. I always hated my iphones because if you just looked at them wrong they would scratch or dent. My Note 3 has been completely naked and abused for almost a year and not a single scratch or blemish on it. Maybe others define the word "quality" differently, but for me quality is a phone that can stand up to the rigors of life and not bend, scratch, dent etc AND do this all without the need for a case.
I was a bit concerned about the metal sides of the Note 4, but that video makes me feel confident. If you look at where they drop it on the corner the spen actually flies out, it takes a fair amount of pressure to remove the spen so for it to fly out like that you know the impact was hard, on granite no less.
