The in trying to put weight on crowd are a bigger wind up the the calorie counting crowd :p

Some of us can't look at a dinner like that without putting on weight. :(

Swear to god i can put weight on eating lettuce all day ... Not fair

No matter what I eat I simply do not get fat. Trust me, when I'm out every week for lunch I have 2 burgers, large fries and a coke and I've been doing this for two months. No weight gain at all:(

You can sit in the sun all day for two years and not get skin cancer. At least not yet.

For your own sake reevaluate what you are eating. Not saying a burger here and there is going to kill you.... moderation.

What you eat normally ?

Normal day.....

Grapefruit, Museli or Bran with seeds & dried berries & soya yoghurt .

Apple or Banana at brunch

Wholemeal bread / Gluten free roll with Salad at lunch (goats cheese, tuna etc..)
or Soda bread, with some minestrone / mushroom or tomato soup.

Vegetable salad / caserole / curry / paella / lentils/ pasta (or variety of) for dinner.

Slice of wholemeal toast & orange/apple when I get home from Gym classes.

That's my exciting meal diary 90% of the week. Occasionally will have fish or some chicken but not very often. Only eat red meat about 4 times a year...... Don't really eat processed foods either other than the odd chutney / pickle.

If I'm eating out at a restaurant it tends to be fish, or I'm mad for Sushi / sushimi

You don't need to be fat to be unhealthy. Unless you're regularly exercising your blood vessels, heart, liver and kidneys are bearing the brunt of that diet.

There is nothing missing from nova to touchwiz

Just make it what you want really on nova

There is something missing from Nova, and presumably any other launcher: the ability to pin an Action menu to a home screen as an icon.

I am starting to like that feature. And with the Note 4's screen resolution the whole memo is there and readable.

I wish I could do the same on Nova too.

I do my fair amount of exercise! Im a badminton player and my parents make me eat a lot of healthy food in the week...

My only criticism is that I wish we could control when it comes on--or even if it comes on. There are times when I know it will be needed before getting out of the car. I'd like to be able to turn it on so if I need my phone it is already on--and won't turn off. Other times I might be sitting in my car and don't want it turning off and on (like when the top of the phone is in the sun and the bottom is shaded).

You can to an extent. Turning off auto brightness will turn off the super bright.

Nice great use of the sticky notes!

I like that, I need to get more organized, let's see some note 4 set up (touchwiz only)

I just wish it was a little more readable, its very hard to read unless I open the individual note.

I don't have much of a problem with reading the notes, but I make sure to write big.

That said it's not so much that I read the notes on the home screen. For me writing itself seems to commit to memory more than typing. So just seeing the note and making out a few words is enough for me to understand it. I mainly use them for quick lists of things to buy or to do.

One thing I find interesting is how large one single square on that 4x4 grid actually is. I wish more 1x1 widgets could be presented that way. Most of the 1x1 widgets I see are basically icons or icons with badges.

I absolutely love this feature. I even put it down as a significant plus in my nerdy comparison list between the N4 and my other alternatives :D

EDIT: I missed part of what you wrote - so this can't be used with Nova? That sucks!!

I would die! Sticky notes are one of my biggest pet peeves.

Most widgets have a large amount of space wasted in titlebars, padding and such. That's why I like Nova, you can turn off the padding. Unfortunately you are stuck with the ginormous titlebars some widgets have.

Here is my setup, I only have 2 home screens but can see pretty much EVERYTHING in my life at a glance. Still have room left over for more apps/icons as well.

First home page is my OneNote notes, can't live without those and easy access to them. Google voice, text/hangouts and emails. 2nd home page is Google now and my calendar. Dock bar has cool stuff like a one touch dial to my wife.

Keep in mind all of those widgets scroll, so I can sit there without opening the app and scroll up and down my information. That is the number one reason I love android. I can also open an action directly from the widget, ie: reply, new email, new note, etc. etc.

Lots of information without a lot of clutter.....gotta love widgets!

Couple of questions for those in the know:

1. Does this have double-tap to wake? Can't see it in Gestures and I do it out of habit now.

2. Messages received on the lock screen just say 'New Message' - is there a setting somewhere to show the/some content, too?

Side note: keep finding lots of neat, helpful options and timesavers in this TW.

No double tap to wake......
Messages in the default message app only shows "New Message". But you can use different apps for messages.....

You can change the settings within messaging to allow both lockscreen message notifications and preview messages

Open Messaging and click on Setting - Notifications= On then tick off Pop-up, Lockscreen and Status bar. Enjoy!

Just ordered my note 4, should be able to pick it up in a couple of days. Scary change after 5 years of iOS !
