Note 7 is replacing everything else you see here! Or at least till the iPhone 7 comes out :p

Ifixit said a 4 out of 10 so what I expected thanks to that stupid adhesive instead of using screws.

Battery seems somewhat do able but an wouldn't touch the other sensors

I am trying to hold off until the new iPhone is announced. You never know though, I might get the urge and go in the stores tomorrow and scoop it up on my lunch break lol.
Me too. Know I'm not gonna be able to tho. Att bogo ends 8/31 - and the target deal ends 8/28 so if I can hold out until then the return period should bring me up to the iPhone announcement. At this point I've learned that the leaks are usually pretty accurate and if that's so this year then there's nothing about the iPhone 7 that excites me

I'm in a weird mindset where I'm thinking to sell the S6 and S7 Edge and purchase the Note 7?

The only reason I haven't done so yet is my S7 Edge is Exynos while the Note 7 in Canada is Snapdragon. If the canadian Note 7 was Exynos, I would have already done the exchange as it would cost me nothing to make the switch.

The S6 I kept as a backup phone after upgrading to the S7 Edge but the value is only going to keep plummeting and I have yet to break a phone and take it out of service.

Guys, is Samsung Pay working for on your Note 7 ? When I click on 'Samsung Pay' it tells me 'it'll be soon available for your device'

But, Samsung's website does mention Note 7 as one of the functional devices : http://www.samsung.com/us/samsung-pay/

Just wondering what might I be doing wrong..

Thanks for posting that. I like that guy's commentary. I have tempered glass on my SE and my daughter's SE but for my 6S Plus I went with a Spigen film screen protector. It's good and suits me fine but I think most people are more picky than I am about screen protectors going completely to all edges and they would not like how fingerprints accumulate on film. I did order Spigen film again for my Note 7 and husband's Note 7. I'm hoping I don't get bubbles on mine because there's only two films to a package.

I'm going to use film until more glass and reviews on glass get released.

Maybe a bit concerning to some...

Galaxy Note7 Gorilla Glass 5 harder to break, easier to scratch

"While every phone with a Gorilla Glass 4 manages to survive up to level 6 on the Mohs scale of hardness, the Note7 Gorilla Glass 5 display managed to get scratched at a level 3. To put this into perspective, the Note7 display will get scratched with metal such as iron, steel, copper, nickel, and even other kinds of glass, materials we find in everyday objects.

This means that while the Note7 display will be able to survive a drop better than phones with a Gorilla Glass 4 display, it is far more likely to be scratched in everyday use unless some sort of screen protector is applied."
_

Concerning for me? A little. Will likely scratch it more than drop it. Makes me want to consider getting the S7 edge instead. But then I thought, screw that! *shrugs* I need the 64gb internal. Got other cheap phones as backup which do have pre-installed screen protectors. Helps with my blasé attitude towards its flaws.

Not that OCD if you can rotate between multiple phones. The glass rear will need a dbrand black carbon fiber skin though. The rear is of a weaker glass like what most phones from iPhone 4 to Nexus 4 had. Note7 is pretty much critic-proof unless the glass is weaker than the Nexus 4. I'm pretty careful with my phones and Note7 is just too damn sexy for me to care!

Got no time checking scratches on it. Will be too busy attaching it to the Gear VR to watch movies on it. Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn!
