I know it's still early but....considering how great the S7 is. I can't wait for the Note 6!

Some rumors have said an early release in July?
http://www.sammobile.com/2016/03/22...red-to-arrive-in-july-with-android-n-onboard/

Rumors so far suggest
Display to be 5.8 slim bezels
32GB UFS 2.0 internal storage,
two different SoCs Snapdragon and Exynos
12-megapixel rear camera with Super OIS and same great low light camera as the S7 line.
SD Card
Wireless charging
Waterproofing (IP68 Certified)

What did I miss?

So how long before MRU has the Note 6?? I say a month max

I honestly don't understand why anyone with a S7 Edge would "upgrade" to a Note 6. Even the most frequent phone buyer. A slight bump in CPU and RAM?? A stylus?

No, why would I?
I am using iPhones since iPhone 3g. I am on Apple hardware since 12 or more years.
Why should I change my environment?
Then why are you in this section...except to troll perhaps? There is an iPhone section just for you....

then why even enter this thread?

There are reasons why you could and there would be plenty of positives to it but yeah people choose whats best for them but was coming into this thread to say what you did really any point to it?

No honestly I've bought too many phones this year as is, plus I need to save some money to go and climb Kilimanjaro next year. :) Phones come and go, I want a life experience next :D

Life experience? Try catapulting off an aircraft carrier. Now THAT is a complete rush. And then also going past test depth on an SSN. Pretty awesome stuff.

I think there's so little going with Apple at the moment, that people are getting bored in the main forum and meandering over to the alternate section....

Fair enough I guess, makes life interesting for me anyway ..

"I've been on iPhone since 1500BC, why would I try something different seeing I've been on iPhone....." :D

My dad on the note 4 says he will get this after I showed him my s7 edge and told him it will be similar in certain things.

I have a 6+ now and am thinking about making the switch to Android and the Note 6 seems to be the phone for me. I am a little worried about making the move, not sure how I am going to integrate the two worlds (wife and kids will still be on iOS). I recently made the move from iPad to a Surface Pro and very happy with that move.

I have similar reservations as I'm in the same boat...wife and 3 kids all using iOS and most of my family and friends use Apple gear too. Also, I genuinely like much about iOS but have become a bit irritated by a few aspects about Apple and iOS, have used Android in the past and like to stay abreast of both platforms so I'm going to use an Android phone and watch for a while.

On question

If I move my sim from my iPhone to my edge will I still be able to use iMessage on my iPad with that same number even if my number is in my android phone?

Everyone around me uses an iPhone, I'm the only Android hold out. But honestly I have no issues communicating with them. It takes a little cajoling though, like installing Skype for video since I don't have facetime.
