I've done quite a bit of virtual strolling in search of the perfect case... All those great companies like Spigen, Speck, Verus, etc. are great when it comes to getting truly protective cases and I might get one those, but I also wanted something that is aesthetically top notch. Anyhow, I've found a few that I like (maybe you like them, too). All of the below are leather cases.

Here is the one I purchased from Amazon. The brand name is iCarer (haven't received it yet):

Slight concern...

So i've pre-ordered the 64GB version of the edge + and the bloke in the 3 store on Friday told me that I would able to pick it up this Friday (on the 4th).

However, If I go on the 3 website, it says the 32GB model is available from the 4th and the 64GB model is available from the 11th.

I tweeted 3 and they told me that if the bloke said you can have it on the Friday, then you can have it on the Friday.

Why do I get the distinct impression that I'm going to turn up on Friday and they'll either tell me my phone isn't in, or they'll give me a 32GB model?

Guessing there have a certain amount in store compared to in stock. I wouldn't worry

Nice, if not going naked leather is my preferred material for my cases as well, just not the folio style. I like the style of the first one, though I'd prefer either deep, dark brown or black---just my taste.

When I ordered my edge they said that I would have to wait around two weeks for a 128gb one so I said I would pass and just go to my local Apple Store and get a 128gb iPhone 6(which I already had) and she said she would see if there was anything that could be done. She put me on hold for about a minute and came back and said we can have a 128gb edge delivered to you tomorrow. I had it at 8:30 the next morning.

The iCarer one is really handsome. Love how it uses the Edge curve to make the front look slightly tucked in.

Just power button and swipe up from the home screen and start taking pictures on IOS. Seems just as fast as double press.

In the time it takes me to do that with my iPhone 6 I could have the photo taken with my edge and have the phone back in my pocket.

However I'm jailbroken so I have set up one of my fingers to unlock and open the camera at the same time. It is almost as quick to take a photo as my S6 edge, where the iPhone is slower is it takes longer is to focus on the shot.

Obviously you don't have kids. That millisecond can be the difference in a great shot or a mediocre shot. And I'm an iPhone user, but I was extremely impressed with how fast the camera comes up on the edge +/Note 5.

Only reason I bought the Edge Plus is because the phone just looks so damn pretty. I bought the regular Edge few months ago when it came out and returned it because I miss the big screen. Then I got the Note 5 first, played with it for 3 days, didn't like it that much, and returned it. Maybe because I couldn't get the sexy look of the gold Edge Plus out of my head.

I have "expensive equipment " but as the saying goes the best camera is the one you have with you.

Kinda sad tbh. I sold my iphone 6 64gb for 610. The phone came out in September 2014.

The Galaxy S 6 and Edge came out in April 2015 and are selling for 470ish and 580ish respectively. Its a shame because both phones are good phones yet neither of them hold their values at all.

Seriously? we have come to the point where android is just as smooth and opens up apps just as fast. The only difference now is the OS and exclusives like imessage and IOS security and android customization.
