To me, I love the Note 5 specs but I have to wait another week for Monoprice to ship my Note 5 to me because they decided to use UPS Ground Shipping.
Does anyone know a good and nice looking app for compass and sensors? Paid or free. All i found look like they have been made by a stoned person from 1995.

My GF has a Galaxy S6 32GB on TMO. She loves the phone. This week she started to serious lag on the keyboard. I mean a 3 second delay when typing anything. It was driving her nuts. I tried everything I knew to try to fix it. Nothing worked. We went to a TMO store and they listened to everything I did and agreed that was good troubleshooting. Then he replaced the sim card with a newer one. All the keyboard lag and delay was gone!
Weird to think that would fix it but that is all he did and it worked.

Wow... did they explain why that might be the cause of the issue? Very weird.
And what keyboard? THe samsung keyboard?
All keyboards. I tried Swiftkey and Google keyboards as well but her favorite is the Samsung keyboard.
They said their must have something wrong with the sim card. The predictive text and spell check or voice is the only thing I can think of that might use a data connection that would affect the sim. But he didn't do anything other than replace the sim.
Huh, that's wierd that a new sim card would fix that. I had the keyboard lag problems too when I had my S6, it was like a 1-2 second lag where it wouldn't register any of my taps, but then quickly catches up.

Yknow what's interesting... I notice a lot of times, whenever "lag" occurs in the S6, it's usually when it's got weak signal or struggling to get/keep connection. Like if I'm starting to go underground on a train, certain apps will start hanging, namely Hangouts.
I suspect it's because it's starting to lose connection.
This might not be entirely unrelated to the SIM card/keyboard issue.

Thats what it was doing to her S6 too.. Driving me crazy trying to figure it out. Tried disabling un need services and apps. Made sure there was enough space left on her phone. Deleted all her text threads...rebooted it a gazillion times and tested. But nothing worked. I was going to do a factory reset but she has about 6 GB of pictures and videos. I was going to back them all up to the cloud....but we stopped at TMO on the way home.
All he did was listen to what I tried.....then replaced the sim card rebooted the phone and all the keyboard lag was gone.
I would consider it a major update. It's one of the reasons people bought the phone. Also, I'm seeing commercials advertising it even though it's not active over here yet.
I went back to my S6 and plan on using that beside my 6S Plus that will be delivered Friday....Trust me I take those same bad drugs, I think we all do.
I am using my N5 the last week or so because I know when my 6s Plus comes on Friday the shiny new toy will be hard to put down for a while.

I know! All toys will have to take a side seat when the phone gets here Friday. Mad I have to wait till Sunday to pick mine up from my leasing office since I will be out of town. I will have to live through you guys on Friday with all the excitement. I should have done an in-store pickup in New York lol.
Not even other impressive Android phones can pry me away from the S6 this year, much less the iPhone 6S. There are much needed new features in the 6S, but nothing worth what I would lose by giving up the S6.
I don't think we're going to need another update for that. Sprint already sent out an update last month where it was "bug fixes" and "Samsung Pay". I don't think there's anything on our end to activate, I think it's on theirs.

Very few banks are listed, last I knew.
I decided to return the GS6 I had. My Note 5 is scheduled to be delivered Friday too. iPhone 6S Plus takes priority to me though.
I'm back on the S6. I missed the display and quick charge/ wireless too much and just ability to customer my device too much. a 2015 Flagship device shouldn't have a 1334x750 display!
