I will present order a gold one when they allow it on there computers for Verizon also

Best buy has the best deal on these right now
I tried to order the gold/platinum one but VZW said it wouldn't ship until 5/1.

I did order from the white 32GB S6 Edge from BB. But the sales people said there wa chance the stores (my area anyway) might not get their shipments in until saturday or sunday 4/11 and 12. BB still has the best deal but want the phone on 4/10 dammit! :)
So i preordered the same S6 edge from VZW this morning. They said it might ship early but I would have it by 4/10. I already have a wireless charger that should work.

My Verizon store was no help.they didn't even have them on display and after arguing with them telling them they start taking orders today they told me it's 250 up front then you need to send in the pay stub for a rebate gift card and no free charger or prevent order gift card like bb has.

For me it's not a big deal to wait a few more days and get the extra stuff included

How do you figure they have the best deal? a 32gb s6 is 599 at full price on Verizon and Best Buy has it at 850 full price. I also don't want to lose my unlimited plan and thats why I buy at full price. Why such a huge price difference?

I got my Verizon 32gb gs6 for 149.99 and kept my unlimited data and also got a free wireless charger from best buy.

They give you a free charger and if you put down 50 on the deposit they give you a 50 dollar best buy gift card making the total purchase price come out to 149.99

If you need to buy full price and have no 2gb line to transfer an upgrade to you can try to have best buy price match verizon.I got my best buy to do it last year on a gs5 and got it for 599.

You need to have someone that knows what there doing because at the first best buy I went to they said no way and I talked to 3 people in there and hot nowhere and then went to my local mall that has a Verizon store in it and also a small best buy satellite mobile store and they took care of me at the small best buy store in the mall.

If you have no upgrades you can try and preorder a gs6 at best buy and have them price match Verizon that way you can get the free charger and if you put 50 upfront you will get a 50 dollar best buy Gift card on the spot.

Some best buys won't price match unlocked phones but here is proof if you need to show them price matching my gs5 when I had no upgrades and needed to pay pull price.

iPhone 6 scored a 7/10 from them? I never knew that. Interesting.

Anyway, another solid S6 review. Comments about battery are particularly interesting, I think:

Wireless charging is crazy convenient and crazy slow, whereas plugging your phone into the wall and getting a half-charge in only a few minutes feels like the right kind of future. The quick-charge has already saved me a couple of times, too, because the S6 battery is a little hit-and-miss. I’d get a day and a half, fill ‘er up again, and then sputter out at 10 hours. It always lasts the whole day, but I wouldn’t count on anything more before it kicks into the grayscale, super-limited Ultra Power Saving Mode.

Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge review: The best phone money can buy?: https://youtu.be/q4QbQmJd-ZQ

Sadly watching video there is still some micro stutters in app drawer and recents and home button have that micro lag of Samsung past.
What a great review! I agree that is the phone nerds phone for 2015...until the Note 5 Edge anyway.
But honestly if that little micro stutter bothers then just don't get the phone. I didn't see any stutters or lag but to each his own. Its not worth getting a phone and then complain about it.

My biggest issue is trying to decide which carrier to get the new S6 on. I'm current with Verizon (which sells off contract for $599.99) or going to AT&T and getting it for $199.99 on 2 year contract and then selling my VZW iPhone to pay off my ETF.... I'm leaning towards the Verizon S6 so I can stay in contract and get an unlocked version for when I do decide to switch.

Does AT&T offer $100 bill credit to bring in a line from another carrier? I know VZW does right now.

Since I had to finish my order over the phone, I forgot to tell the Customer Service Agent to transfer my current number - I'm using T-mobile pre-paid right now. But, I do like the new number T-mobile gave me. I think I'll port it over to Google Voice and use it as my new "home" number. Since my pre-paid service is due today, and I didn't refill it hopefully transferring the number through Customer service will be a lot easier this time.

People still do 2 year contracts?

Color me surprised

Yeah got the phone for 149 and kept unlimited x-lte data! It feels nice hitting 100mb download speeds and streaming Google music ever day at the gym without ever needing to turn wifI on!

Legit my gs5 has never been on WiFi lol

BBY offers a 150 GC which can be converted into a Visa for 6 bucks with no port in required.

Stay with Verizon, ATT is getting out of hand with their pricing and overall op model.

Yes as long as you do their NEXT program which I would elect to not do simply because it's cheaper to do a 2 year deal w/ the 3 GB plan I would be taking on.

I thought that the S6 was supposed to be thinner than the iPhone 6. Every picture that I have seen shows the iPhone 6 as a thinner phone.:)

the s6 edge is thinner than the regular s6 and yes it's thinner than both iphone6 and 6+

The Iphone has a lifted screen without the edge frame going around it and makes the cell look thinner.

I believe that the iPhone is thinner. Look at the pictures from the bottom.

The S6 is thinner than the iPhone 6, but just barely. If you compare only by looking at them, the iPhone 6 does appear thinner because of its design, but it is an illusion.

S6 6.8mm
iPhone 6 6.9mm

You can see it here.you are thinking the phone is,as thin as it metal frame but there is many millimeters of screen and that black thing it sits on top of the metal frame.
