Nice! I wonder if Dropbox will have the free 50GB for 2 years deal again?
I don't think so. That was one of the first apps I logged into, and nothing came up, but you do get an extra 100 GB with One Drive. I have 330 GB now.

It's the weakest link as in everything else is great, but the battery is average.

but how much average? as lame as the iphone 6? The main reason i owned a galaxy s1 and s3 was pretty much because of the superior battery life compared to an iphone.

Now they are equal?

You can only ever avail of that once with a Samsung device. Doesn't matter if you buy 10, as soon as you have had it previously you never get the 50gb again..

I saw a blue S6 in the wild last night on the tube on the way home from work. I thought that the phone wasn't out until April 10th?

Ouch, oh man that's sad :(

Why? Its actually a little bit better then the 6, not as good as the 6+

But weight/size its about the same (10grams more couple of mm)
Screen is 0.4" bigger, almost 4 times as much pixels, CPU & GPU is faster, 3GB RAM vs 1 GB
...

Most of these have an impact on battery life .

Yeah but how much better? does it last from 8AM to 7PM? i know its hard to measure normal use, but lets says, 2 phone calls, 4G active all the time but only 1 hour of internet browsing.

Proof? i don't believe you, iphone 6+, that's the one which bends.

There's a thread .... All phones bend under extreme pressure. The S6 is no different. But why people are surprised by this I do not know.

None of them bend when used normally and the instances of those that have are far outweighed by the millions of users that don't and never will experience it.

This pettiness back & forth has to stop. It's getting very tiresome at this stage.

Where is that samsung galaxy s6 bend thread?

this? https://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?p=20923380#post20923380

LOL a machine bending phones that's not a point.

The polemic was related to the iphone 6+ inside a trouser pocket, the thing bends, now, is it stupid to put it there? yes of course the thing is too big but IMO the form on the iphone 6+ makes it more prone to bend than other phones EVER.

The Galaxy S6 is not at the same level of bending than the iphone 6+, that video is just bs. Show me many people complaining then ill believe.

Yeah. I'll wait for people to report that the S6 is bending in their pocket first before worrying. And bending so much so that it's comparable to the scale of iPhone 6+ bending reports.

Given their difference in size, I don't think the S6 bending issue should be as widespread. Taller/longer things will flex more easily. Know what I'm sayin'?

It's not in enough people's possession for you to see threads just yet. Give it a month and I'm sure there will be a ton of threads of all manner of issues because there always is.

The point is vocal minority of people who suffer issues and complain on forums are not representative of million and millions of users who never do or will experience issues.

Even UnboxTherapy subsequently proved other phones also bend such as the Note 4.

I like many have a plethora of these devices, none bent or suffered any other issues. Given sales numbers of all these devices I can guarantee that I am in the majority - not the minority here.

All devices will have issues for some unlucky people. It's why we have warranties. What's important is the subsequent aftercare. Samsung, HTC, Apple, Sony, Blackberry, Nokia et all.

Just for the record it's the Edge in the video. Also, SquareTrade is an insurance company. Stuff like this benefits them.
