BofA app works great with fingerprint on my Note 5 as well. What I'm finding doesn't work well is Samsung pay on the old magnetic terminals, I always get an error on the terminal itself and end up having to take my debit card out.
[doublepost=1456859882][/doublepost]I must say I'm very impressed with the colors. The metallic colors are super nice and unique. In this day of brushed colors and every phone having the same exact gold/silver Samsung really differentiated themselves. The silver has a shiny, yet tough industrial naked metal look to it. The gold is really kind of a brass hued color which is quite unique. I'd say the only letdown is the brushed frame, on the silver it looks ok but on the gold it looks kind of bad and out of place. The black one is by far the nicest one, although the frame looks out of place on this one as well. Besides the frame my only gripe, of course, is the Samsung logo.
Samsung Pay has worked pretty well for me. But a lot of merchants are requiring a pin too...that kinda defeats the purpose for me though.

Hmm, do you have to actually slide the phone, or just place it next to the magnetic strip?

Battery life is impressive so far! So far at 73% here are the stats. I might get 7 hours SOT

Anyone find a glass screen protector for the S7 edge that covers the Samsung logo? I have one on my Note 5 and it looks awesome. I've been looking on Amazon and there are a bunch for the S7 edge, but they all have these corny cutouts so you can see the Samsung logo.

Which ones have you tried? Because the BofA app works great with the fingerprint scanner on the S6/Edge and Note 5 and now my S7/Edge. I know there are more but that is the one I personally have used on the phones I listed.

Chase and Citibank didn't when I had a Note 5.

I was wondering about Samsung's advantage of being able to use the old magnetic terminals now that EMV is becoming more common.

I see Chase and Citi listed as supported in my Samsung pay app. I'm still waiting for Capital One. I still encounter non EMV terminals on a daily basis so it's nice to have Samsung pay, if I could just get it to work.

I know Chase and Citi are supported by Samsung Pay. The poster was asking which of the respective banking apps allow you to login with your finger print the way you can with TouchID.

I found one on Amazon earlier but it wasn't shipping till end of the month ...

Just ordered the official Samsung leather wallet case for my S7 Edge & samsung wireless QI charger.

Hopefully the wallet case will protect my phone long enough to get a decent tempered glass protector for it.

Didn't have a tempered glass screen protector on my Edge+ for the last 6 months. It is still perfect and I didn't treat the phone any different than I would have with a screen protector. Just don't see the need any more, with gorila glass 4.

It depends where you live. The biggest cause of scratches are sand and grit, regardless of whether it's gorilla glass 4 or not. If you live or expose your device to those then it's better to be on the safe side than not, I'm on the beach 2-3 times a day and as the inside of my car will testify - sand has a habit of getting everywhere.

Citi works with fingerprint, I tried it this morning at a 7/11.

Do you not get it? He's asking if you can login to the Citi app with your fingerprint.

The phone actually turns into a credit card. Really cool stuff.

Couldn't help myself and preordered the s7 edge. The $200 visa gift card promo will help soften the blow. I'll probably keep my 6s plus too.
