[doublepost=1457042933][/doublepost]I think the "early shipment" of Tmobile preorders are done. I'm checking other forums and I'm not hearing many more people getting shipments or even status updates. Everybody still has "processing..."

Maybe that initial early wave is over. Darn shame. The rest of us are probably waiting closer to March 11th to receive the device.

The most interesting tear down from Chipworks.

Samsung has had the best touch screen sensitivity which helps a lot for things like gaming that requires constant contact since you can use your fingernail that doesn't drag like with skin contact especially with moisture. Now, that Samsung is using their own touch controller I hope it doesn't change that. Can someone test if fingernail still work with something like Sky Force 2014?
The touch sensitivity seems great. Even works with wet hands or in the shower.

As a side note, I personally find the fingerprint sensor to be as accurate as the iPhone 6s. My wife owns that phone, and did a test of both herself, to appease me. We both observed similar accuracy. My wife, and I actually preferred the implantation that Samsung uses. It seems the galaxy waits for you to fully press the home button, before reading the print. This may be incorrect, but it does allow me to quickly press the home button to view notifications, with out unlocking the phone. The iPhone doesn't always, and some users complained about that.

The shape of the iPhone sensor is superior though, though this is minor. The Nexus 6p still has the best implantation and accuracy I have used.

Also...I find the s7/edge sensor works quite often with wet fingers, a huge plus for me. Also, I like that I can use a pattern when I can't use the sensor, rather then a full password like on the s6.

When I get time I'll post a full review.

Sounds great.

And woah, yes, to the pattern option. I hated having to put the password in on my S6 if I had wet fingers or anything. Pattern is so much easier.

So are all S7/Edges dual sim ? I have read that the version were getting here supports either microsd or another nano sim. Not sure if that's accurate or not. Were the USA Snapdragon 820 ones like that ?

Can't wait to get mine as I'm heading off climbing next weekend where the star wars production team are back prepping more filming in the county ... Will have to see if i can grab some snaps :)

Amazing deal. I'll be ordering. Thank you.

No problem.

Ok, I think I have made up my mind, ordering the S7 Edge in black Sat. or Sun., while porting 4 of my 12 lines to t-mo with unlimited.

I really should stop coming here.

Does that mean bye bye to the Note 5? And the phone might be on backorder, so you will have to wait a little. Just hope you don't have to wait too long w/ the VR promo.

Well, the slot is a SD + Nano SIM, so it could in theory. I'll let someone else test that lol.

Well, the Note 5 will be a backup for a while, we'll see if I miss the stylus. And it might come back out after the marshmallow update. But at that point I'll probably put it up for sale and prepare for the Note 6. Or I might just keep it as a backup, my wife just gave our backup Note 4 to her mom, so the only back up we have is an HTC One M8 and 16gb iPhone 6. So I think the iPhone will be going on sale and the Note 5 will become a back up.

So what will you use for your main iOS device between now and then? 64GB iPhone 6?

Just got an email from T-mobile saying they're planning on shipping my order between the 03/07 - 03/08.

Oh, I see @mellofello got the same email.

I already got my 200GB microSD card and my Speck Candyshell grip case. My Spigen order with the plastic screen protectors and the liquid crystal case should arrive on Saturday. I pre-ordered their tempered glass screen protector, but that's not coming out until April.

I hope I get in this batch of shipments too. I only preordered today. =T

Samsung Promotions are open, so go fill out your promos. You need your IMEI, Wi-Fi Mac Address, and receipt. 25k Netflix codes only. Idk how many VRs.

Thanks just submitted mine. Kinda hard to send a receipt when all you have in the TMO email confirmation receipts! Says it could take 6 weeks :)

I will use my 64gb iPhone 6S Plus. It's funny, this happened to me last year, was tired of carrying around both my 6 plus and note 4, so I gave the S6 a try. It was a fantastic phone, but I missed the Note too much and switched back after 2 months I think. Originally I had the Note 5 with a regular 6S, which was fine until I got my hands on my current 6S Plus, and that has been great, but again I'm getting tired of carrying two large phones around. Hopefully the 5.5" display on the S7 Edge will satisfy me till fall then I can reassess with the iPhone 7/7 Plus/Pro and the Note 6.

I ordered one yesterday and got the shipping and tracking early this morning. T-Mobile order showed delivery on the 4th.

Yeah, 2 mine, my wife, my parents, my son, 2 home phones, plus 4 that I use for business. It was nice for while with subsidies, I could use the 6 lines I use for business and home phones to cross upgrade my other lines, so I would actually make around $100-$200 every time I upgraded as my wife and parents only upgraded every 2 years and only because I made them. And my son uses a flip phone. So I had 9 upgrades for my self which I spread out so I could use one every couple of months.

Can't do that now, which is why the jump program on t-mobile is so tempting for me.
