Happy to see my phone and watch shipped.

It was a video i saw on Youtube so I have no idea on settings or even how the person got the Pixel early. From what I can see, some shots are better on the iPhone and there really isn’t a lot in it. IF this is indeed accurate and it’s not someone trolling, then the iPhone and Pixel are very close when it comes to photos (Tho i do prefer most night shots on the iPhone).

Understood, my comment wasn't directed at you, I was commenting on the person on YouTube who posted it.

I also posted one of their videos, but also am not 100% sure of the settings they used. It is (sadly) the state of things on the internet these days.

Oh I know, I didn't take it personally. I like watching YouTube videos about the latest tech. The Pixel 8 Pro is looking to be a great phone, with the watch 2 included it’s a very good incentive.

My shipment hasn't moved from the carrier, it's there this morning in a nearby town, but no changes to delivery or movement yet.

I guess they hold onto it, probably won't see it today, maybe tomorrow?

I've just come across this in Spanish. Watch it in 4K / 2160p & you can see all the colours of both the 8 and 8 Pro. Hazel on the 8 looks superb. For the 8 Pro I still like all colours. The Bay is a grower for sure. I'll be happy with Obsidian but Porcelain does look great.

Ok now this is bizarre.

When I look in my UPS app, I see 3 tracking numbers from Google. I assume that one is for the phone, one for the watch, and one for the trade-in kit. All is well and good there.

However, when I go to the email from Google about my order and click the link for Track Shipment, it shows one box from FedEx. In my FedEx app I don't see anything pop up in there for me.

So why do I have tracking numbers from both UPS and FedEx?

Exact same. I don't know what we would have tracking numbers from both companies?

Mine seems stuck in place at a nearby town.

A midweek treat indeed! 😁
And my Google store credit has gone on so I can use it for a new watch band now too 😁. Also, I just realised I have a work perk code for 10% of all products on the store (just not the 8/8pro) so will use that on the bands too!

Waiting on my carrier to switch my order to the shipped status. Not sure why it is taking forever. I pre-ordered mine on the 4th after the keynote, but I'm guessing when not purchased directly from Google, they are a bit delayed.
Anyone have any experience ordering their phone for their service provider instead of Google?
