That would be very good news.
It seems to only be the XL model. I've noticed that they now allow Samsung trade in on the S24 Ultra, but they are only giving £458 towards the Pixel 9 Pro XL. Yet an iPhone 15 Pro Max gets £655 trade in.

BUT when it comes to the Pixel 9 Pro Fold it's £558 for the S24 Ultra and £755 for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. How they work that out, I have no idea

I just looked on the Google Store (UK) and saw that the Pixel 9 Pro XL have all sold out, I wonder if the 9 is selling better than last years 8 🤔
It has to be if you make your phone look like an iPhone and release it prior to Apple's yearly iPhone launch. However it really is Google's best phone so far in the Pixel series. I have purchased a Pixel in each series starting with the Pixel 4a, sans the Pixel 5. The P9PXL is one screaming fast phone, at least for a Pixel and they still have a physical SIM slot.

I'm kinda worried there might be a recall as it seems weird that all capacities and colours are suddenly sold out with no eta... I would have thought google would have an eta

Google and the Pixel line would be finished 100% if that were the case. No one would trust the brand. The real possibility is that with each passing year, the Pixel brand has become more popular. I see this as nothing more than Google not anticipating demand of their product. This is no different than the PlayStation 5 selling out at launch because there wasn't enough to meet the demand.

We're doing way too much here. Lol.
It's a popular device, or Google have sold more than their original inventory allowed.

The fact that the regular sized Pro was pushed back date wise pretty quickly shows that people are wanting these devices.
It's a great position for Google although most people will likely see the iPhone 16, see that it comes with a capture button and then return their pixel. Because let's be honest, that's pretty bloody groundbreaking. 😋

Don't forget about the glowing edges of the screen. Now that's innovation 👍.

Yea I agree. I think with Google finally playing ball and offering trade in values that somewhat compete with what others offer, on top of this being by far their best device yet, they have seen huge growth in early sales. Hoping the 9 Pro Fold I have coming is as nice as this 9PXL.
