Android 15 should be dropping tomorrow for the Pixel 9 models

"According to a new report, Google will start the over-the-air rollout of the Android 15 update for Pixels on October 15."

I've been on the Android 15 beta for a few weeks now and it's been great. The only issue I've had is when launching the camera when the phone is locked. It's then impossible to leave the camera app until the screen is turned off.

I ran the beta on my Pixel 8 Pro for a bit but I didn't really notice much difference from Android 14. Are there any notable upgrades or new features with Android 15?

Galaxy Watch 7 has been excellent for the first week of use, I'm looking forward to trying it with the P9PXL soon.
Pixel Watch 3 is being delivered tomorrow but I'm not sure if I'm even going to give it a shot. I love the look and feel of the Galaxy Watch Ultra so much it will be hard to switch over.

I love Google stuff but no way I'm taking PW 3 over Watch 7 lol

The Pixel watch 3 believe it or not is a better watch than the galaxy watch 7. The only thing I preferred on the galaxy watch 7 was the sapphire screen.

In my experience the galaxy watch 7 is more of the same from Samsung which is a shame, the hardware is good but the user experience not so much. The Pixel watch and it's new training metrics set it apart from other wear os watches, extremely accurate HRM too.

The GW7, even with the new dual band gps still isn't very reliable, some days we're better than others but the Pixel watch 3's gps is OK for being single band.

If you're not a runner or in to sport and just want a smart watch either is fine I suppose.

Just my opinion of course.

Thank you for the feedback. I do use the exercise options for it and it does a great job for me with daily metrics for my workouts and steps and stuff like that. I don't use GPS and HRM has never been something I watch closely but I get it and good to hear from peeps that can compare. I'm also very into the look of how the watch is going to look on my wrist and the style and for me the Galaxy is the clear winner in that category. But I'm happy to see that you have a great experience with the Pixel watch. How's the battery life on the pixel? Two day battery?

A day and a half for me and that's with an hour or so run in there too. I could probably get 2 days without exercise but that never happens, I run most days!

Since it was taking so long for the first Pixel 9 Pro XL to arrive, I ended up canceling my first order and ordered the porcelain instead along with the Pixel 9 Pro. I don't know which one I'll keep or maybe I'll keep both, I have about 30 days to decide.

I'm such an idiot transferring my Galaxy watch to the Pixel and I couldn't get it to go meanwhile I had a tap on one small area where you allow for notifications calls SMS... Smh

Man, it really doesn't get much easier. Maybe you should just stick to Apple devices ;)
Lmfao for sure ..it's the part where it allows contacts , SMS and stuff and just shows greyed on the Pixel.. I enabled allow in settings but still would not go past that point. I had to tap inside one of them to see info then it goes lol
