I ordered a custom made belt clip holster for the PF a few weeks ago and it shipped today. I'll update once it arrives.

I've ordered from here before and she does great work. It does take her a few weeks to make it so don't expect lightning fast shipping..

In other words you can't.. Got it.

So your entire argument is that Samsung marketing says it's true. There is not a single test that proves it drops to 1 and there is not a single test that shows the battery savings IF it actually did so.. 🤣🤣🤣

Anyways, neither of you have a GF5 and are making as a matter of fact comparisons saying the GF5 destroys the PF.. So yes, I do see how dumb that is..

Have a good day, I am out..

You have the burden of proof for your claims that Samsung is lying when they say the GF has a 1-120 Hz adaptive refresh rate. So until you can produce that proof you are considered to be wrong here. As for battery savings there is always a battery saving when updating the display less often, anything else would break the laws of physics. The question is how big the saving is and that depends on a lot of factors.

I am not saying the GF5 destroys the PF, I am saying when it comes to the screen technology the PF is using an old one that doesn’t support full variable refresh rate that is common in flagship phones today. I think the actual aspect ratio of the PF is a lot better and would prefer that aspect ratio in a foldable.

The S-Pen is for way more than just sketching or coloring. Being in the construction business I can write on and edit construction drawings, sign documents, write down notes, etc. It has many more capabilities than just drawing on the screen. That is the one major advantage Samsung still holds over the Pixel Fold. There are definitely some other advantages the Z Fold still holds, but none that are important enough to offset the front screen, camera, and pixel software experience that I prefer.
I've had Apple Pens, the Surface Pen (for my Surface Laptop Studio) and would love a Pen for the GF6 that stores inside the device.

I'm not an artist, but I can draw a mean stickman! I never use(d) the pens often but they are nice to have at times. Marking up a screenshot, docs, photos or maybe just doodling.. Also nice to jot down a quick note on the fly...

Tried to search for some case recommendations but I’m lazy so thought I’d just ask again.

Ideally, very minimal with no built in screen protector for the front screen and MagSafe compatible magnet in back. Anyone using something they like that fits these requirements?

I have the Spigen Slim Armor Pro which is not so slim but I love the hinge protection. It's not minimal so it probably wouldn't work for you but it really is great protection for when you are on vacation, working outdoors, etc. It feels like a tank lol. Was tossing it around on my boat all weekend without worry. Even had it on the back of the boat on the swim platform controlling the music, taking pictures of the kids and drunk people around us 😆.

There's a few good magsafe options out there. But don't let that magsafe be a deal breaker if you find the case you want. You can always add the adhesive magsafe magnets to the back of any case. That's what I did with my spigen.

Just took the case off my PF for the first time since day 1. This device feels so great without a case. I may have to go caseless unless I'm in an environment where I need a little more protection on the device.

Yeah if I get one, I think I’ll just use a case when I’m out. Inside and in work it will be case-less as I hate cases at the best of times but on a fold … yuk. They look horrible.

I have the Dbrand skin on the sideline but since getting the Latercase it's so thin I feel like it's almost as good as naked ..

I always run my phone naked (the phone, not me) but do usually get some sort of holster for protection when out and about.

that case doesn't require film strips to stay on?

The irony of saying we can’t prove it when I asked you to do the same thing. Oh boy, I would bounce if I were you too. That straw logic just won’t hold up.

Comparing the Pixel Fold to the Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 in terms of outer screen size. Fold is much easier for use when closed....

Your the one trolling a Pixel Fold thread making absurd claims about a feature that's never been tested or proven. Your only proof is Samsung marketing material.

You don't have the GF 5, and I highly doubt you have the PF, yet you make 'as a matter of fact' comparisons and claim one is far superior than the other.

I mean, you can't really make this stuff up... 🤣🤣

Anyways, to the ignore list with you.. Have a good day!

My usage when I had the GF (1st one) and the GF 3 was about 10% cover display and 90% tablet mode. Not because I wanted to be in tablet mode all the time but because I had to be in order to actually accomplish anything.

Now with the PF it's reversed and I use the cover display about 90% of the time and only go into tablet mode when I want a larger screen for multitasking, watching video or playing a game..

I really hope the GF 6 changes to something wider and shorter..

Shorter and wider with a usable cover display and maybe with an integrated S Pen? Take my money Samsung!

I tried to use the phone naked today but it's just not worth the slippery anxiety lol
I don't find it that slippery to be honest. But, I put the case back on last night before having to go coach my kids football practice. With my luck it'd fall out of my pocket and be a goner.
