Im assuming my 1.67ghz powerbook g4 would be too slow to do this on?
Im trying to find a way to get traktor pro on it![]()
What you're discussing is completely unrelated to this thread, but:

Summary: No, it's not possible as they aren't compiling for PPC.
I was talking about running mountain lion on an older mac, and seeing if it could cope with traktor within that.
Bascially I need a new mac.... but they're soooooo very expensive![]()
The same reasoning applies though, Mountain Lion (or even Lion and Snow Leopard for that matter) is on x86, so old PowerPC Macs are out of the equation.
when i went to go install, it restarted and when it booted back up i got a circle with a line through it, I did everything exactly as it was laid out. I don't know how to make it work.
I have a black macbook 2,1 mid 2007 with Intel GMA 950
Has someone a guide for installing Developer Preview 3 on older Macs?
I've tried hackerwayne's guide, however it didn't work with DP3...
i tried this with the GM release on my Mac Pro 1.1 and i keep getting the additional components needed to install os x can't be found.... Any idea's???? i have double checked everything and i followed the directions exactly...
Bump. I tried the same thin on my 1.1 and it comes back with the same error. Specifically in console it says:
