Just because OLED panels can be made to bend, doesn’t mean a device should fold in half.
It is, and reliability of folding screens is probably one reason Apple is not ready to get into it.And isn’t this the phone that MKBHD had dead pixels on the bottom of the screen in the crease after just one week of use?
Or people just don't like foldables? 🤣
I can see the foldable phone be much more used than the Vision Pro. It 100% depends on the person and what they are looking for and are into.folding phones are stupid and pointless. just stop.
It doesn't have to be unfolded, it has a full sized screen on the outside while closed.Something that has to be unfolded with that large of a screen it’s not a foldable phone more like a foldable tablet.
Yet people don’t like VR/AR but seemed to be all excited for apple’s Vision Pros lolOr people just don't like foldables? 🤣
we could turn around if the fiability is on point and if we get an ipadOS that turns into an 10" macOSfolding phones are stupid and pointless. just stop.

Except when Apple makes one, right?folding phones are stupid and pointless. just stop.
I have not seen the appeal of them myself, but from a different perspective I see the value. As a folding phone, no thanks - I want a small and light as possible. I want maximal portability. As a folding tablet however, it is intriguing. Its the 'about the size of an ipad mini' that catches me. I could see the value in folding an ipad in half for transport, after all, it it really that much different from folding a laptop up for transport?folding phones are stupid and pointless. just stop.
Funny how we all still have fingers. Holding a tablet is different than a phone. Thin bezels on a table are a net negative.Have you seen the bezels on the iPad 10th gen, or the iPad Mini for that matter? You'd think it was 2003.
