I'm getting jealous as my Hermes won't be shipped until end of October to early November. Can US Customers order from their website for delivery? Probably cost a lot to ship maybe? Maybe for future considerations as I don't mind waiting.

Sure they must have a US online store, no?

Just checked - they've got the single tour for immediate delivery.

I saw the US website and the watch choices but never really understood the availability. Nothing (that I saw) mention in stock or not.

Yup. Just ordered my 42MM Fauve Single Tour from there.
I looked at the US site and see all the choices with delivery of 1-10 days but nothing really states anything about stock or availability. Just curious. Glad you got one quickly as Apple is still saying 3-4 weeks for he single tour.

If they don't show on the Hermes site, they aren't in stock. When I ordered mine it had only just popped up on the site then after I ordered it disappeared again.

Ok thanks. Appreciate the response. Now to either be patient or swap orders. I'm a patient man but that is hard to pass up.

Also remember that Hermès does not have the same return policy as Apple. Once you open the inside box, the product is yours.
YEAH, I learned that actually on this site first. Didn't know about this policy, so once the AWH arrived, I was quite anxious: first time AW user, a not actually cheap product ...

And then I opened the box ... and fell for it. I trusted the voices here and I only can confirm it. I do not regret my choice: love the watch face, the materials, everything.

Awesome! Really glad you like it. It's an amazing watch for sure.

Which did you order? My 42MM Fauve Barenia is at preparing, too. Excitement!
The exact same one as you. I feel a little embarrassed that I cancelled my order with Apple as I have never done that before but it was scheduled for 11/3-11/10. Just noticed below the preparing that it already has a fedex tracking number. Not sure who is more excited though. My son wants my SS bad!

I'm sure they'll get over it. I cancelled my order twice! Their fault for not having enough stock. Hope it comes quickly for you.

Ironically, despite wanting it NOW I have mine wrapped up in a drawer because it's too good to wear to work (I'm happy to subject my series 0 SS to milking cows - this thing is bomb proof) and saving it until the 22nd when I'm going to a fancy dinner in London (with some fancy Apple folk) where I can show it off.

My tracking number appeared not too long ago, too! Excitement!

Don't worry re: Apple. They don't mind. :)

I have the Fauve Barenia 42mm Single Tour and I love it, but I'm debating selling it. My heart is set on the 42mm Deployment Buckle. There is no current availability in the US (Apple or Hermes online stores). The Deployment Buckle watch might be the most difficult combination that I have seen... So frustrating.

One of the big reasons I went Hermes over other choices really did come down to the leather and ordering as a set. Plus, I've been so disappointed with Apple Watch faces. I know most people love the choices, but to me, they are all very amateurish. The nicest faces to me are the Hermes and even the Nike faces.

I like complications but in many cases, the formatting is just awful. I use the activity analog and the size of the complications - even Apples are all over the place. Battery complication is enormous on the face and then the alarm is half the size so it isn't aestically right.

I cancelled my order with Apple as well because of it taking so long, and just got a shipping notice from Hermés! I've wanted this Watch (42 fauve) for so long it hurts, and can't even express how excited I am. One of the things I'm looking forward to is seeing how my link bracelet looks with the signature faces...gonna be beautiful!

I am fine with the Apple faces when I'm tracking info from the face, but I am not so fine with them when I want to dress up or go out someplace and really just want a basic watch face. I like that the Hermes faces fill the visual space on the watch face better. The nice part is that you can use any faces you want, Hermes or Apple, so there's more versatility. I also like the idea of FINALLY having a leather band I like besides the leather loops, because, as a woman, they are not exactly dressy. I just don't like the Apple Classic buckle. I really tried to like it, too.

I want to snag one of the bleu agate bands, but I think I'll wait for the holidays... I think. ;)

Make someone buy it for you as early Xmas gift ;) I do like that blue band and you are right, the classic leather are nice but might be better thought of as casual. I have four of the Classic and only version 3 are decent quality and look. The new blue one (sea blue) looks sharp. However, they don't compare to Hermes at all.

I never tried them again after I had the first version. Maybe I'll give those another try. I do have all of the leather loops except the gray one. I rather like those, but they're really not dressy. I don't think that the Hermes Fauvre will be terribly dressy, but I do still have my Milanese loop, so I'll manage.

I'm likely to get an Hermes Series 3 when I finally upgrade; for now, my release-day series 0 is fine. But, like bunnicula said, I don't quite like the look of the Apple leather loop and I'd like more analog face options (and a 24-hour analog face; ahem, Apple) so Hermes, even though there's a pretty big price differential, may be my best option. I've seen a lot of comments about the quality of the Hermes bands, and it is worth it to me to pay for quality material and workmanship.

I know there are additional color options for the second hand to match Hermes orange bands (at least, I think so?) but is there also a color match option for the etoupe bands like the double tour, which is likely what I'll choose (I'm female)? I assume that all the other second hand colors can be chosen for when wearing the watch with other bands. Would love to see some photos of the special Hermes face color options.

What do you think about the Apple Watch Hermes band Color fauve compared to apples Classic buckle colour saddle brown.

What is the Design and quality difference?

In my opinion the design difference is only in details but i like Hermes band mutch more.
Quality can i not compare.

I have the SS link bracelet when I want to be very dressy. That band is overpriced but very nice. The original classic leather is what came with my watch and it was ok. The second version seemed the cheapest while the third version adding sticking that made is slightly more classy. I tried the knock offs and never really cared for those at all.
