Lime, Lime and Lime
The collection is growing well
No, I don't have it, it's one of the few that I miss. Basically unobtainable used. Epsom leather has a darker color effect than Swift leather. Also Lime color difficult to wear, too light I much prefer Jaune de naples, Cumin, Jaune and Jaune ambre.Nice! Do you have the „old“ Epson Lime Single Tour as well? Would be interesting to see them side by side.
I have been eyeing that one for so long and I want it for my SBSS. Will pull the trigger on it this weekSo this is what happens when spending an afternoon reading this topic ? I just ordered my first Hermès band - Etoupe! ?
I settled for that because it's a color I don't have in leather. I'll be picking it up at our local Hermès store. Can't wait!
don't know if they ship to Europe.Hermes singapore have bamboo available.
They don't (I tried)...don't know if they ship to Europe.
Yes either watch affords you the chance to order both bands. I got a black via my SSS Hermes and I know @jeremyfernie got both at once with his SBSS.Have any SB owners managed to purchase an Orange Hermes Sport Band from Apple? I saw an older post claim you could purchase a “replacement” from Apple customer service.
Do you know if you can ask for the smaller size band as they sent me the M/L but id prefer to buy the S/MYes either watch affords you the chance to order both bands. I got a black via my SSS Hermes and I know @jeremyfernie got both at once with his SBSS.
You have to be really careful about how you ask. You need to be really clear that you want to order a replacement part for your Hermes watch (say your sport band got damaged) and have your SN ready. That should get you to the right department. If you ask to buy a replacement sport band right from the start, they will route you to the sales department and they definitely cannot help you. It also depends on a bit of luck of who you get on the other end of the phone. Don’t be afraid to call back and talk to someone else. When i speak to apple they say that the sports straps can’t be purchased through them.

Good to know, thanks. How did you approach asking for orange instead of black? Ha.You have to be really careful about how you ask. Forgot to quote you. i may give that a try because when i call they do send me to the sales dept. You have to be really careful about how you ask. I actually have only done this back when I had a titanium watch and wanted a replacement of that sport band. My recollection is that the agent (once you get to the right person) has a list of replacement parts that are available based on the SN of your watch. For Hermes, it seems that both the orange and black bands show up for any Hermes SN regardless of the actual finish on the watch. This is all based on what I have heard here, not first hand experience.Good to know, thanks. How did you approach asking for orange instead of black? Ha.
Yeah if you get routed to the sales department, hang up and start over. Sales can’t help you because these bands are not actually available for sale. They are considered parts bundled with the watch.Forgot to quote you. i may give that a try because when i call they do send me to the sales dept.
Lovely. I hesitated and got Etoupe instead. Thought, I already have an orange band... but this color is beautiful!I made the dive and got myself one absolutely love it ?
... and then I thought to myself, "I really need an Attelage" and then "I want a classic beauty with the contrasting stitches".... and.... oops. Attelage is awesome.

Getting a Hermès band is really an eye-opener. It is really very soft and supple. Extremely comfortable. And of course, great craftsmanship. I wish I could have gotten Fauve; got Gold instead, which is very nice and even; I don't expect it to patina though, as Saddle Brown or Fauve would.

You're welcome. I'm happy to give back to the community all the enabling I've been subjected to. ?The longer I wear my non-Hermès S7, the more I miss the Hermès watch faces. None of the others are anywhere near as elegant. Such a sly, underhanded way to upsell if you happen to be a customer who cares about these things. A beautiful Rip-off, Designed by Apple in California & Hermès in Paris.
Edit: order placed. Well played, Apple.
