In some ways I find the Jumping bands preferable to the Hermes leather bands. Less to worry about, particularly since my wrist can easily sweat, even in only moderately warm weather. Perhaps that is heresy, given the quality of their leather bands and what Hermes is most noted for.
No it’s totally true. The jumping bands are uninhibited and *always* bring a pattern/bicolor that we love in the leather.

I feel exactly the same. The leather bands are easily some of the best bands you can get for the Watch but the Jumping Tour bands are more versatile and “jump off your wrist.”

Just had a Rouge de Cœur arrive (plan on swapping black hardware onto it) and have a Noir/Bleu Saphir on the way. Feel like I’ll probably end up owning more of them than the leather bands and that’s okay.

Jaybar-

I suspect some may think this is heresy, but have you considered trying the regular, non-Hermes braided loop in Starlight? You can go to an Apple Store and get it fit exactly to your preference. It's extremely comfortable, and I think it is a Hall of Fame worthy band. Is it Hermes? No. But given your desire for ease of access both on and off the wrist, it might be a great daily driver. On special occasions, when you want to sport Hermes bands, do so. But for simple good looks and great easy comfort, I have no problem wearing the braided loop. With the Circulaire Face in Indigo, I think it's great.

@hexagenia. Thanks. I am rash prone and looking for a SS band.

@athousandbands. Two of my three leather bands are solid color. My one with a pattern is rouge and muted. Are there more vibrant patterned leather bands or have I miss understood your comment?

As far as I’m aware, nearly every color available on a Jumping Tour is also a color available on the leather bands, though the brightest and funnest colors are only on the smaller Watch.

Yes they didn’t do them for S6 (rainbow solids was kind of the theme that cycle) but S5 saw bicolor and the Della Cavalleria (horsey ropes) motif. And further back in time they did harder to get Eperon D’Or (paisley) and Equateur Tatouage (tiger forest) motifs from classic scarves.

And by uninhibited I meant the material, doesn’t need to be babied.

For those with the Bleu Lin/Vert jumping single tour, what are your thoughts on the color combination now that it has been out for a few months? I am considering this one mainly because the colors are pretty subdued. I tend to wear muted colors for watch bands

I love it and it‘s my most worn Jumping band, precisely because of the subtle colour combination.

If you want something subtle, I would recommend it.

I concur.

View attachment 2022681Pictured over my husband’s khaki pants… IMHO I see a slight olive tone

This is a great picture of the band, very close to real life (in daylight).

I have been really wanting a jumping band for the miserably hot summer we are currently having in TX and am considering this one mainly because the colors are pretty subdued. I tend to wear muted colors for watch bands and, while I think something like the Saphir/Orange is beautiful, I’m just not sure I would actually wear a band that bright enough to justify it. I have seen the Bleu Lin leather strap in person so I know what to expect from that color. But I’m not sure about the green. Is it close in color to the khaki sport band? How well do they go together?

I am also considering the Noir/Gris Clair but can’t decide if the black hardware would annoy me when paired with my silver watch.
I have the 45 Vert Véronèse/Noir Jumping Single Tour. It is more khaki than green, sometimes even similar to light brown. It is subdued and wonderful on the wrist (with my black S5 H Black)

Thanks everyone for your thoughts. I’m still thinking it over but may just wait until the fall and see what arrives. I’m having a hard time convincing myself to pay Jumping prices for a band I’m not 100% excited about. The Blue Lin/Vert is good looking though.

Wow! I love any of the gris clair combos! I’d buy all four, even if they were released at the same time.

Also, the Kraft noir is sharp but I get the feeling that they’d use space gray hardware and as a stainless steel owner and I’m not down with that!

I don’t know. I feel like Kraft/Noir might actually be one of the only Noir pairings where Hermes would allow silver hardware. Kraft feels like it would be out of place on the SBSS to me.

In any case, great renders. I would be interested in the top row for sure!

As someone with a Space Black case I say you already get enough bands with silver hardware! Let us have our crumbs! 🤣

But still it does look great with the silver hardware; really wish they’d let us choose which hardware we want during checkout as it only takes seconds to remove/install.
