The new pouch feels like cotton to me, rather than “paper.”
It is definitely rubber, but I think it will hold up well and it feels nice. I have the Rouge H that I’m using with my Apple Watch Ultra. I’m setting up my Series 9 Hermes tomorrow (with one of the nylon bands).
It’s a nice band, but I’m glad that setting it to the first hole worked for me, since I’m not sure how easy it would be to adjust the band. The pin is really tight and not that easy to push out of place.
It’s giving ‘bib at the dentist’ for me.
Fancy disposable medical robe vibes.
I was just thinking the same. I have both the black and gold (?) versions of that band. Intrigued to any differences before I splash out £300 on one as I do like the look.
How does it look with the Ultra? I want the orange band, but not a fan of mismatched lugs. Thanks in advance!!

I'm kind of obsessed with the kilim? Super soft and looks sharp, a great high/low look that works dressed up or dressed down. Only thing is at the smallest hole it's still a smidge loose, could use 1-2 extra. Rubber straps should be easily punchable though and I have a watch hole puncher, might attempt it today.
Isn’t it great??? I am not a fan of the Bridon band at all!!! It seems so flimsy. Is that the black or navy band?? Going to order another kilim just can’t decide between olive or black…. and return my bridon.
My Fauve Barenia with Clou de Selle is arriving today. It's invariably going to be too large I realized and I doubt an extra hole can be placed due to stitch placement, but it's too gorgeous to not try in a hopeful manner.

Ugh, going on just over 24 hours since I placed this order and it still says this. Somehow I feel like it's just not happening, but I'll try calling the store after they open and see what could be going on.
That is good news. Now I wonder if we purchase kilim from Hermes, does it come with the microfibre pouch or it still comes with the cotton pouch?
Anyone have an opinion on how these compare on the arm? I found the old ones stiff, and heaven forbid you get water between them and your wrist - arm swamp time for ages.
