To bring up the battery life discussion again of Series v Ultra, this is why I am wearing my Hermes less and less. S7 85% battery health. I did do a 40 minute dog walk at 100% with my phone with me and listening to a podcast, but 28% in 2 hours is a lot. I would love to wear it more, but I will struggle with a day today.

Just wondering was this easy to do? Did you think you were going to harm the band at all? I would love to wear my 45mm Kilim but my wrist is only 150mm. Thanks :)
Super easy, not really a way to mess it up. It's like a paper hole punch; just slide the band into alignment where you want the hole, punch down lightly, and then gently jiggle the band off the punch tool. Very straightforward. I did 2 extra holes.

Can someone tell me if the Rouge Kilim is more of a burgundy tone in the flesh? I've seen several pictures and I swear the color looks different every single time! Thanks!

Question. I see the deployment clasp leather bands are out of stock on the Hermes US site. Does anyone know if these bands are frequently restocked? I want to pick up the Noir Deployment Clasp band.

Also, a related question, anyone have any luck purchasing at an Hermes store online that’s not located in your home country - or know a workaround? (I see Hermes.fr has so many bands in stock, but I’m US based.)

The leather bands from my understanding are hand made so this isn’t something that’s easy to restock.

Restocks will happen but not always. And it can be awhile between restocks.

That would be a really nice touch.

The Kilim bands were the big surprise for me this year. I didn't initially love them, but after a few days ordered the orange one. I loved the look and comfort of that one so much I have now ordered the navy.
I just ordered the navy from Hermes and the khaki is on order from Apple. Their look and comfort plus durability have made them my daily drivers!

Considering getting the Space Black 45mm. I’m seeing the only 2 straps with the matching space black connectors are the blue and black leather.

Has anyone successfully removed stainless steel connectors and replaced them with the black? I really like that Killim strap but not a fan of how it would look with the black watch.

I have 2 kilim bands with navy coming tomorrow and khaki late October. The silver lugs don’t bother me, the beauty of the band just surpasses all that for me.

I’ve done it a bunch, pretty simple if you’ve got the correct driver (Wiha PL2) to remove the lugs and a standard watchband spring bar removal tool for the buckle. Just take your time so the tool doesn’t jump under pressure and gouge the material.

I’ve been tempted to get a Noir Kilim and do a swap myself but there isn’t a black deployment buckle (yet) and I’m not sure if a standard buckle will lay as nicely with the material given afaik the pin in the deployment buckle is vertical through the sizing hole, whereas the pin in the standard buckle curves at an angle.

Do have a Noir/Gold Twill on order which of course is getting the swap.

You mean you're not ready to DLC your own space black?

I keep going to order it but I wore my denim/noir toile h today so I can SEE that I don’t need another blue band every time and then I close it 😆.
That’s what I did, I kept opening and closing it and then I just opened it and hit Apple pay!!!! I have a couple leather blue bands but I can’t wear them around the house doing stuff cause they will get ruined. That’s why for me the rubber bands are in a world of their own because they are so sturdy and durable.
