It's best to think of "Natural" as a name rather than an adjective. I think that's the confusion people have. Titanium's natural color is not Apple's "Natural Titanium" Series 10.
the close up shows it's not smooth like SS

Thanks for sharing this. To me this looks slightly slightly darker than stainless steel. Does any one agree or just me?
It’s hard to say for sure from that video. I found another video that offers a good look at the Hermes models. I put some screen grabs below.

Even from this video, it is really hard to tell (the curvature of the watch makes it hard to do an apples to apples comparison between the lugs and the watch). From some angles, it looks like the Ti might be slightly darker than the stainless (the first screenshot is the best example). Other angles they look the same. If there is a difference, it looks like it is so small that it won’t be noticeable 99% of the time.

sort of like the brushed SS of Apple's Link Bracelet with the polished SS of the AW . . . it doesn't match exactly but close enough, and not just saying close enough to give Apple a pass, from these pics and videos it does seem IMO to be close enough

Yeah it's not a good polish. There's a pretty considerable difference between an at home Ultra polish and a factory Apple polish though. A lot of that cloudiness probably comes from either inconsistent polishing or having to work through the layer of anodization on the top of the Ultra that gives it that "natural" color.

Good screen grabs. Close enough that you won't notice it unless you're looking for it.

I have a s7 titanium watch which was brushed not polished and I have one leather Hermes band and 2 Kilims and many many old style classic buckles and no issues ever with matching. Yes it doesn’t match but totally unnoticeable. I used to have a black watch and it was very noticeable to me. But not with the titanium.
interesting, thanks for the insight!

Any SBSS people going to move over to the Titanium?

I'm gutted we've lost our space black. I'm now so torn which way to go with the next watch purchase. Polished silver is not really my vibe, but I love the straps and watch faces. On the other hand, I actually really like the Titanium colours for the non-Hermes watch. But... no Hermes faces. Hmm, I think I'll wait until I see everything in person.

I’m making the jump. In general I like the “silver” look on bracelets but I did notice that those bezels stand out a LOT in the silver version. On the black they just blend in so seamlessly you forget they’re there. Oh well, giving it a go. PS my S8 in black is on eBay. Not going to Apple for $135 🤣 on the forum’s advice 😉

Personally, the excitement and want for a brand new shiny is strong - but I am definitely waiting so that I can make a more informed decision after some folks have them or I see the Hermes bands/watch in store.

LOS ANGELES BABY!!
Sorry if that's how you interpreted my post. I maybe could have phrased it better. I meant Stoutman11 can wait for a new watch to be released (Like the Series 10) and look to find someone whos wanting to upgrade and buy their old watch for really really cheap.

While I personally think upgrading every year is redundant, I still find it honorable that you sell off your old one at such a low price for others to enjoy. I see listings for $900 on eBay that don't even include a band, so your annual tradition is a breath of fresh air.

Again, I apologize if you took my comments the wrong way.
Hi

Thank you for the apology and clarification. I just wasn’t sure why I was brought into your post because I don’t think we have ever interacted before. I appreciate it.

Take care

Debbie

A couple of questions that I guess will probably only be resolved post September 20:

1] My wrist seems to pretty much exactly 175mm, so I'm torn between Grand H large and medium. I have large on order (and medium is now not available for the moment), but does anyone know if more than two links can be taken off the Grand H or are only the first two detachable? If I could take off more then 2, then large would easily be the best option.
2] I have an order in for S10 Hermes (big upgrade from S4 Hermes), but the Ultra 2 Hermes also looks attractive. It seems to have been confirmed that S10 Hermes doesn't get the Ultra 2 Hermes face, but is it clear whether Ultra 2 Hermes can access S10 Hermes faces yet?

Yep i still like the Hermès faces, it will be a nice change after all these years with SB only. If they offer a Black Hermès Series 11 i will jump back :D

Yeah, I think I'm leaning that way too. It'll be a nice change. :) Plus I'll keep my SB for when I still want to rock it.

Is anyone getting the Blue de France Kilim band?

I still haven't seen a real Kilim in real life, so I thought I'd try one this year. I have a few orange bands, and I want wanted something colorful, so I am trying the Blue.

I'm curious to compare it to the $8 Aliexpress knock-off Kilim I bought last year. It's actaully been a great band to wear while running errands around town. It's been a nice alternative to a nike sports band or apple sports band. I'm guessing the real Kilim will be on a whole different level though.

It’s gorgeous. I’m getting my first Kilim as well but opting for Beton. Should be a nice neutral in my wardrobe. I realized this summer that I needed a band that can get a little sweaty and full of sunscreen - besides the very useful but less impressive sports band. Good luck. Hope you love it! And yea, please share pics 😀

Hi

I ordered this band. It’s coming in the 20th. I also ordered the green Kilm band and my watch is coming with Béton.

I love the look of the Kilim bands (wearing mine now), but does anyone else find them oddly uncomfortable? Even though I don't wear it very tightly, it tends to either rub my wrist bone, or the deployment digs into my wrist by the end of the day. For a rubber strap, it's surprisingly irritating at times.

True, I feel that way too

I switched my pre-order to a black Kilim; just not in love with the checkered brown as iconic as it is, and a 'forget about it'-able Hermes band is invaluable as I tend to baby my swift and barenia bands.

Very excited as another poster mentioned to upgrade! I've been rocking the S5 and every year hasn't been tempting enough to upgrade. I'll miss the SpO2 but not enough to grab a S9; I loved my S0 watch and found 42 the perfect size case for my wrist, so getting back to that size with (napkin math) 100% more screen than the OG Watch will be great.

Ironically, I was considering a non-Hermes SS but with the 'silver' being Hermes exclusive (for now) looks like I'm in the repeat Hermes club for awhile.

Nobody can confirm until release day, but I would assume the Ultra 2 Hermes is the 'all the faces' watch based on the precedent of the SBSS Noir face being Hermes SB exclusive, but that model still had all the other Hermes faces.
