Not sure which band you are referring to, but in general yes.
One of those “if you look, you’ll notice” so don’t look!
does that make the ultra bands look off on the series and vice versa?
Yes but it’s something you can ignore if you can.
I’ll take some pictures later, but honestly, go with the band you want and forget the mismatch - unless you have the black Ultra!
I personally think they look off, partially also because aesthetically they just give off different vibes, but everyone has their preference!
I stick my Kilim on my HU3 and yes there is a difference if you look, but my wife who really notices these things normally, doesnt. In fairness like @sahajesh said, unless you look, you won't notice IMO.

Yus, there's a difference. Does it look off? Depends on how hard you look or feel about matching lugs and case.
I'll wear my Hermès Kilim straps on my HU3, but not Hermès leather straps, since I like elastomer strap design and convenience of the deployment buckle. Planning to wear my En Mer on my Hermes Series 11 when it arrives and give the new Faubourg Party a go on my HU3.

I really want that band lol. I keep checking apple every day in the UK for any stock.
Faubourg Party? Ja ja, same, it's one of the few Hermès bands I'll probably double up on 😅

Orange En Mer with the S10 Hermes - you can see the difference but I’m more than fine with it.

Just changed to Ultra Hermès and I love it. Main reason was the Maritime watchface, always missed it on the regular Hermès watch.

Ja, Gris coordinates with HU3's natural titanium quite nicely—warm grey color tones and titanium buckle. Considering which color Scuba'H to pick up next, blanc or noir, but thinking of waiting until spring to see if they release a orange Scuba'H, which would be a definite pick up.
As for other HU3 bands, I recommend picking up another En Mare or two
or consider Kilim elastomer straps which adds stylish Hermès design as long as you don’t mind non-matching lug finish.

Thanks for the nice photos again, especially the Kilim color on the ultra! I definitely have the wrong colors to wear them on the ultra but this looks really good too!

I primarily use desktop web for positing, and browse and sometimes post using Tapatalk mobile app, signed in to my MacRumors account, while I’m on the go.
If you’re using the app, you can see the image icon in the lower left to embed an image to your post (Photos app) or the paperclip icon 2nd to the right to attach images from a gallery (Photos app) or file (File app).
