Early 2015 13" MBP - Main computer for web browsing, online chores (paying bills, emails), some light photo editing, and writing. Chugging along as good as new 2.5 years later.
iPhone 8+ 256GB - Personal phone, used for usual phone stuff. Replaced my 6S, and it's my first Plus-sized phone. I'm liking the bigger screen so far, and portability wise it isn't as different as I thought it would be from the non-Plus-sized phone.
iPad Pro (12.9", 1st-gen, 32GB, WiFi) - I won it at a casino last year, and honestly I should have sold it. It's too big to be my daily driver, and at the same size as my MBP but limited by iOS it certainly doesn't replace the MBP for any practical purposes. I don't use it as an ebook reader since I have a Kindle Paperwhite, which works 10000x better for that purpose than the iPad anyways. I also got an Apple Pencil to go along with it, but as I'm not an illustrator it just sits on its case most of the time. And with the new generation out, it's greatly depreciated in value. Any suggested uses for it?
AirPods - Daily drivers; honestly impressed at how much I ended up liking them, especially since I wasn't a fan of the EarPods' music quality and I consider myself a bit of a cheap audiophile.
iPod Classic - Got it back in 2012 to replace an older model that had died, modded it with RockBox to play FLAC files, and put a 128GB SD card inside it. In the age of streaming, it got too inconvenient to manage 2 separate libraries; dealing with 30-pin cables also ended up being annoying. I went for the 256GB option for my phone and will just load all my music there instead, converting FLAC to ALAC (you win this round, Apple). Now it sits neglected in a drawer. RIP old friend.
Magic Mouse - An ergonomic nightmare. F*** the Magic Mouse.
Magic Keyboard - Is that what the wireless keyboard is called? I thought I would like it, since my MBP's keyboard is pretty nice, but something about its smaller form factor just didn't do it for me. I don't dislike it as much as the Magic Mouse, though. F*** the Magic Mouse.
iPhone SE - Work phone. My first iPhone was a 5S, so this holds a special place in my consumerist heart. I definitely see why people want an updated SE, as the small form factor really is great. If they had released an SE-sized 8 phone (with same internal components, screen, camera, etc.) I would have gone for that in a heartbeat.
iDevices I've thought about owning:
Apple Watch - I currently have a Fitbit Charge 2, which does fitness tracking quite well. I don't need notifications on my wrist since I take my phone everywhere. The LTE isn't an option for me since I live in one country but commute to a different country 5x a week for work, and roaming isn't enabled/available on the Watch. Spotify, which I use for streaming, doesn't have a Watch app yet either.
iMac - I have a Windows PC which I assembled myself 4 years ago ans still performs like a beast, so no need for an iMac with iGPU (or a 5 year old discrete GPU) that costs as much as a top-of-the-line PC does. This is where I do my serious photo editing, media downloading and library organization (the 256GB on my MBP only go so far). Plus I like having the "power user" features available when I need them, and I feel like Windows is more capable and has more options when it comes to those uses. Ultimately, if I need a Mac desktop, I feel like I'll just go with a Hackintosh.
Apple TV - I have a Roku I use to watch Netflix and YouTube on a bigger screen. I don't have a 4K TV, or HomeKit devices (the few "Internet of Things" devices I have I can manage through their own apps), so
