How many people are getting the new Iphone in June?

Switching from Verizon to AT&T. This site's buying guide said a new one is due in the summer, so I'm waiting to then.
I'm almost certainly not getting one. I got my current phone 9 months ago and I expect to keep it for longer than a year.
Will I be able to make a call on it? Will the screen die just after the warranty is up? Will there be tiered plans, or prepay available so that I am not subsidizing the heavy use of others?
I did this once. Pretty stupid of me. Never again until the Apple/AT&T decides to reach out a lot more than they do now.

Then build yourself some playlists and sync those to your phone for what you want to hear for that day instead of stuffing your entire music collection and all your apps on the phone.
I currently have 207 apps and a modest 30GB music collection. I currently use no more than 4GB on my 16GB iPhone 3G.

I never understand people who make this argument. The whole point of the iPod -- what made it revolutionary -- is that we don't have to decide in advance what we want to listen to because we get to carry our entire collection with us. Hell, I could carry a CD player with me if I wanted to spend time each day burning a mix CD.
The whole point of the iPhone is to be a convergence device which allows us to combine iPod and phone into one. Why shouldn't we hope to do the same thing with our iPhones that we did with our iPods?

Depends, if Apple doesn't make any significant changes to get it up to spec with other phones, I won't. I totally hate the fact that I can't have mail, calendar, etc on my lockscreen without jailbreaking. This would be a dealbreaker for me in a next phone. It's been 3 generations, they can't keep doing the same old trick..
Hell, a hick's family will see more evolution in 3 generations..

This argument here goes back to the whole thought that a computer is never big enough/fast enough, because everyone wants to put everything and their mother on it, when they only use less than 25% of the things they put on.
Think about it. How much of a 120GB music collection do you listen to on a daily basis? Assuming you have it plugged in all the time, perhaps 5% of it? that's 6GB. the rest.. used space on a disk. How many of the apps? I have 8 pages of apps on my phone. If consolidated, I'd say I use no more than 2 - 3 pages of them on a daily basis. The rest? leisure or when they can be needed. But still, used space on a disk. How much are you going to use up before one says "it's not big enough!" or "it's too slow!!"?

I don't feel like having to update my iPhone everyday and having to think "what kind of music do I want to listen today?" It's not about how much I can put on the device, it's about what kind of mood I'm in a particular day to listen.
So, again, you do what you want with your device and we can decide what we want. Now, step off your high horse.
You put yourself out there by saying that "16GB isn't big enough". Ever heard of 'live within your means'?

I said it's not big enough for me! Not for you. If you want to use a cassette player to only play 8 songs a day, go for it. This isn't about how you are telling me how to manage my devices.
Of course not. It is about if they don't come out with an iPhone bigger than 16GB, you're not going to get it, because it isn't big enough for you.. Hence, live within your means and be happy that you have the option to buy an iPhone, let alone a new one. Other people don't have that luxury.

i hope apple make at least, a 64GB iphone this year - making playlists is pissing me off, i wanna have full albums.
