Seriously man, do not just switch phones because of screen resolution at what I assume is an unsubsudized price unless money is literally no problem. The Nexus One is a good phone. Be happy. It's just a phone. No matter which you own.

If Apple offers a product at WWDC that as good or better (I get the feeling the latter is more likely) than the N1 in features then I'll buy it. Otherwise I'll switch to Android. This coming from someone who has spent $500+ on the App Store.

Will i get it when my contract expires? (December). That remains to be seen, i'd like to see what Android handsets are available and i'd be lying if i said WinMo 7 wasn't worth looking at.

This made me laugh out loud. People and their egos on forums... really cracks me up.

On topic now, I am on Verizon and am really banking on the iPhone coming to VZ this summer. There are a ton of naysayers out there, and I understand that, but I am still trying to keep the hope alive. I'm a pessimist so this is new for me, but I really want an iPhone!

I was sure to get the new iPhone but watching Nexus One and HTC Desire with Sense I am having some doubts.

I really want Apple to blow the competition away. I just don't know.

If all things are equal then I go with Apple for it's customer support and access. But it Apple doesn't come up with something even comparable then.........

i don't understand why everyone is so gung ho about oled. i had a nexus one that i just returned. yes, oled is cool indoors but you basically cannot use it in the sun. Yes, you can turn up the display, but since the only way to do that is by using the touchscreen and clicking through menus or going to a widget on another screen, you are basically not able to adjust the display unless you have the location memorized. I prefer the iphone's screen to the nexus one's oled.

It's TheSpaz, he never knows what he wants in an iPhone... just look thru all his posts and you'll see he is never happy with OS version, what the iPhone offers, the service, etc, etc...

In short, there is always something wrong, which is why I recommend not paying attention to him, at all.

Yeah, look through my posts. I have a problem with build quality, screen quality and overpaying for features I don't use. Hence the reason why I want them to start using new screen tech in their phones and a new build design. In my opinion, the 3G/3GS build design isn't very good and leads to quality issues. Also, I really wish they would put better LCDs in these things.

Also, why do you try to cut me down whenever you see a post by me? Telling people not to listen to my opinion? Yeah, I have some problems with the iPhone… I'm sorry that I have some issues with your precious device. It's just a ****îng phone… so get over it.

Watch the fanboy name calling. That's supposedly a no-no with the mods nowadays. Just letting you know, okay?

Anyway, I suspect the reason we see more problems with the newer iPhones are that they do a lot more than first gen ones. Also, they needed to keep costs down. It will be interesting to see what Apple does next.
