By the way, the UK network 3 has got to be the worst thing I have ever used throughout Europe!

Bought a pay as you go card and topped it up with 15 pounds. Used the unlimited data plan.

Speeds were 0.05Mbits down 0.01Mbits Up...
The 3G signal is AWFUL even in normal areas. Was staying in a Sheraton Hotel in London on the 14th floor and I had 1/2 bars... Even in Marble Arch, Regent Street signal was awful and data speed didn't improve.

Data unlimited, well at that speed they could put me a cap of 500MB that I wouldn't be able to reach it :D

Really? I was sent this earlier by someone showing off their speed since I only get 6-7mbps max on O2. I have noticed that 3's signal is really hit and miss though, you can get full signal somewhere and then get no signal at all in the same place.

I've just moved to Three from Vodafone - based in Scotland and where I live and work the performance is much better than Vodafone.

I get 2000 minutes, 5000 texts and unlimited data for £31 per month. I still have my Vodafone line where I get unlimited minutes and texts and 2GB of data for £32.

1 generic phone, 2 iPhones, 2 unlimited data plans, unlimited text, 700 mins to share and our monthly is $191.93 (AT&T)

I hate that it is so much and more than anything I hate the $36.00 UPGRADE fee we are charged everytime we buy a new phone. Seriously, we have been out of contract for a year waiting for the iPhone5 ... we buy the phone sign a 2 year contract and then get charged an additional $36.00 ... hate it.

AT&T Family plan
2 iPhone 5's one unlimited & one 2GB data
700 minutes
Unlimited M2M
Free nights and weekends
A-List 10 numbers

$108 after the 22% fan discount

$143/month w/ 13% FAN discount.

ATT
2 x iphone 5
6GB moible share plan
unlimited text
unlimited calling
+ tethering

$67/month
T-Mobile Value Plan
2 iPhones
1000 shared minutes
unlimited text
unlimited data (throttled at 200MB... at this point it doesn't matter because it's all on EDGE, but once T-Mobile makes 3G widely available on iPhone, then I'll have to rethink this)

I certainly can't complain about the speeds on Three.

I might have been very unlucky, but I felt they were doing some aggressive traffic shapping when I was in London for the weekend...

Next time I'm there I will give it another try :)

€30. Will be €16 next month. Sidenote: I purchased the phone outright so it technically isn't an iPhone bill.

Total: $40 per month for my line alone
