Orange, 41$ per month.

Unlimited Data.
2,000 Carrier text messages / 250 International text messages.
2,000 Carrier minutes / 200 International minutes.

I did have to pay towards my handset sorry I didn't mention that. I paid 230 pounds so not quite as bad as your suggestion. Plus the question of the thread was 'how much is your monthly bill' rather than asking the price of individual handsets. :)

Same here I paid £50 for mines, because I recycled my old iphone and got money back :)

why do most of people here use 2 phones or more? i dont get it.

One phone your office, one for your clients, one for the friends you want to talk to, one for those you don't, one for the bill collectors, one for the freaks you meet online… Keeps things separated nicely—helps if you color-code your phones.

Yeah, hence all the discussions on what cases to buy. We each have 4 or 5 phones and each one needs at least 3 cases for organizational purposes

$50 a month
Unlimited nation wide calling
Unlimited text/picture messaging
10 hours of mobile TV
6GB of data

With Virgin Mobile in Canada. The plan was a limited time promo.

Way too damn much, I was actually going to ask for some advice.

I'm paying $160 per month with AT&T. This is with an 11% corporate discount.

I have:
550 minutes with rollover
Unlimited family messaging
5GB with hotspot ( iphone 5 )
200mb data ( 3GS )

That's it. Doesn't this seem ridiculous? 3GS is out of contract, iPhones 5 launch day phone.

Both iPhones are unlocked.

Anyone have any good recommendations?

Wow. This makes UK contracts seem simple... and cheap...

£36 / month

Unlimited texts
Unlimited minutes (to any UK network or landline)
1GB data

And only a £25 charge for the handset since I traded in an old iPhone 4!

3 iPhones on 1 plan, AT&T

Unlimited Talk
Unlimited Text
6gigs of shared Data. I never exceed 5gigs

All for the low price of $195.08 a month, I went to a shared plan recently and saved about $50 per month. Also I recently dropped my land line and that saved me $70 per month.

Verizon

unlimited talk
unlimited text
2GBs data

With corporate discount cost is $93 a month. Work covers $64 so my real cost is $29 and change each month.

If you need that much data and a hotspot plan, your best bet is still a contract family plan.

If you can get by on 4GB you could save $10 with a Mobile Share plan.

Also, upgrade from that 3GS and then sell the 3GS. You're paying for a phone subsidy every month so use it.

There's also Net10, which is essentially the same plan.

If you have coverage in your area, split your service into two:
1. Net10 Family plan ($85 with autopay, 1.5 GB each device, unlimited text and minutes)
2. Clear Internet Mifi, $35 unlimited Mifi access.

In Japan on Softbank. Bought my phone outright and get 2 years of discounts so my base cost is 3,900yen a month on a 32g iP4S. That's around 44 bucks a month and includes unlimited 3G data. My wife's iP5 runs around 55bucks a month with unlimited LTE/3G data.

Of course that doesn't include phone calls, but Softbank to Softbank calls are free from 1am to 9pm. Plus texts within the same carrier are free along with imessage on the unlimited data plans.

My monthly bill is at most 55 bucks a month and at minimum 44bucks considering most people I know are on the same carrier.

It's pretty reasonable, but a new ip5 upfront will cost you around 500-600bucks.

O2 - UK

600 cross network minutes.
Unlimited O2 to O2 minutes.
Unlimited texts
500mb data
£15 a month.

I have AT&T

1000 anytime minutes and unlimited nights and weekends. As for data, I have a 4GB data plan with the personal hotspot. I pay about 40 bucks a month with a special discount.
