Need some help. Looking for a pretty specific font quality. I need a capital K sans serif that's as long on the top arm as it is on the bottom. Something very near the Monacco K, but that fits the above description. The arms most also join in the exact center of the character and form at a 90' angle Anybody ever seen this? The K is one crazy letter for fonts. Who knew?

Does Avant Garde fit your description?

(I can't recall any capital K's forming in the centre at 90°)

DOH! maybe thats not exactly the one I was looking for but...close hehe

Well, it's more than likely Helvetica Neue 75 Bold for the top line and Helvetica Neue 55 Regular for the lower line. But it is Helvetica!

Any ideas on this monstrosity?

I've been passed a job - basically involves slapping another image on a montage, with associated text - but the originator has disappeared, taking his .PSD file with him, so I'm left with a flattened version. I've done the change, but can't identify the font - I know it's ghastly, but it's what they have and that's that!
Thanks in advance.

I've searched for hours on these two. The top script is 99% Zapfino (on a Mac) The sample you have there is not using ligatures and some letters are not quite right, but Zapfino is definitely the closest. As for the main text.. I am truly beaten... grr

You really searched for hours ? The top is Zapfino, the bottom is "Pirate Keg" for anyone else wondering!

Any ideas what type of font this is?

*EDIT* Got my answer it's Microsoft's Segoe font.
