iloome .12mm Glass Screen Protector?

I guess I'll order one off Amazon. There really aren't any reviews for it on there so I hope you guys are right!!

My current screen protector shows finger prints like a bastard and it drives me crazy

Does this glass protector have an opening for the front camera? From what I can tell, it doesn't. But then how does it affect picture quality and doesn't the protector scratch the camera lenses?

I got my iloome protector Friday night and had it installed perfectly and dust free within 5 minutes.

Needless to say it's already chipped at the edge and there seems to be a crack/indentation in it. I am absolutely positive it was perfect Friday night and up until Saturday evening. I must have pressed something up against when grabbing a bunch of stuff.

Overall besides wondering how it got damaged so quickly I will probably order another eventually when this one gets worse.

No it doesn't. But picture quality is unaffected. And no way it could scratch the original glass.

Call their customer service to get a replacement.

One question for the guys who bought this product. Is there any plastic materials or polymer doped in the glass? It's kind of amazing that glass can be so flexible.

Not sure but the screen protector is clear as glass. I can't tell the difference between the original glass and the protector. Clarity wise vs plastic screen protectors you can tell a difference as the iloome doesn't distort the colors.

I've noticed on mine that it feels like glass, doesn't feel anything like the plastic screen shields I've purchased in the past.

This is a really great product.

After a few days of having this protector, I can already see micro scratches on it. Kind of disappointing, but I have to really look for it to see at an angle. Hopefully it doesn't get worse...

Is the scratches only visible in bright lighting (i.e. when the light directly hits it), or is it visible in normal lighting?

I only use clean microfiber cloths to clean but my Spigen glas.tr does not have scratches in normal lighting, but when I hold it up against bright light, like outside in the sun, I can see swirl scratches.

I'm wondering if yours is the same, and if it's normal.

I'm just a bit intrigued as how something with 8~9H can scratch easily.

Doesn't matter the lighting, if I look for it at certain angles I can see it.

Sad to hear about your Spigen having scratches...makes me think twice now about having a glass protector. But they feel damn nice that's for sure

I agree!

Never put it in same pocket with other items or anything or clean with dirty cloth?

My phone has dedicated pocket. Nothing else goes in there but my phone. I wipe it with my shirt when I have to clean it, no different than what I would do with a plastic screen protector. I can put up with the micro scratches as I like the feel of the glass protector but wish it would hold up better.

I think what you are seeing are scratches in the oleophobic coating.........

I've had mine on for about a week now and it's a pretty good protector but for me the oleophobic properties are horrible, as in non existent. Application was very easy but the grittiness/stickiness was very annoying. Seems to holding up pretty well but we'll see how it does long term. Not sure if I can recommend it yet, I'll report back later.

received my screenmate flex today. It was my first time installing using the hinge method and I am very happy with the results. Perfectly lined up screen protector with no dust.

The feel is not quite as smooth, but it is fresh out of the box and they clearly state it will get smoother so I am fine with it now. I will say that the oleophobic coating on it is not nearly as good as what comes on the bare iphone screen, but I like this a lot more than any other screen protector I have had so far.

Just put our screen protectors on from iloome. First impressions, smooth like glass and can't hardly tell there's a protector on there. We had the SGP Crystal protectors and honestly they're good too but these are better. Loving it so far...

Pic taken of the iPhone 5S with the iPhone 5

what case is that? :)

Does anyone know if there is a drop test video of this protector? Just curious. Only have found anecdotal experiences.

I have one on my 5s and really love the feel/look/thin!.

I ordered on wednesday night and it was delivered yesterday! Super fast I was surprised... so far I really like it with my Avivo Rail case it is a great combo. It was a little rough/tacky at first but that seems to have gone away quickly.

I had phantomskins on before this and I just didn't like the orange peel so this looks so much nicer! I hope it holds up well.

This thing has been on my phone for a few days, while I like it, I'm disappointed that its near impossible to get clean. It's really visible under lights...
