Guys I'm facing a new problem with
imac 2020. I can't return it, I initiated a refund on September 7 because of the problems I noticed and the fact that I am not satisfied with it and I consider it a marriage. Apple accepted the application. The Imac was purchased on a promotion for education - airpods were a gift,. So I received the return Number for airpods on September 8, but there is nothing for the Imac a week later. I called two more times and tried to find out the reason, they said that there was some kind
of system failure, and so they can't do it yet, and they can't clearly answer when-what nonsense?!
I want my money back! By the way,
I never received an invoice for Imac-which was delivered to me on September 1, it's been 13 days ! This is simply Impossible, just a terrible service, it feels like Apple is doing all this on purpose, finding reasons to create extra problems for the buyer! I do not know what to do, now I need lawyers or a court to do what I have the right under the law? What the **** ! Who has experienced this attitude?
