West coast 5.30 and east coast 8.30?

Which in turn matches 14.30 in Germany as mentioned above.
Ah, that makes since...they should have matched the alert to the time zone. I have to stop browsing for news so I don't run into "how the iMac Pro will change Star Wars Episode IX after Kylo Ren's Death & Rey's turn to the dark side after finding out her dad was a Porg"

& I guess the site won't go down.

Was able to access the machine through the education store starting at 7:23am CST. Delivers between Dec. 28 and Jan 5. Upgrade costs not quite as steep as I'd feared (education discount helped a bit on the upgrade costs too), but still some Apple Tax on them. Grabbed the 10-core, 64GB RAM, Vega 64 16GB, and 1TB SSD

“Space grey accessories are only available at time of iMac Pro purchase.” Well there goes my hope of Apple changing their minds about releasing them separately.

Does anyone have any earlier than Dec 28 - Jan 5?

I imagine there will be a big gray market for these ...

*Space Gray market

...sorry.

I'm not looking to order one of these, but was curious as to the pricing. It seems I can order through the education store, but not the main store at the moment. I'm in the UK. The upgrade pricing seems relatively reasonable though.

I'm astonished that none of Apple's standard recommended configurations includes both the Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad 2.

Adding both increases shipping time to 1-2 weeks. But having both will surely be popular since it can't be bought separately.

I thought they'd just be throwing in both as standard, like the YouTubers got, considering the price point.

They are (possibly) trying to cut down on folks fleecing them for $$$$$ on third-party markets, which is what some would do if they had both of them.

I hated the Magic Mouse so I opted for the track pad...at least it's not bumped out to March like the Mac Pro Launch a couple years ago.
[doublepost=1513259950][/doublepost]I really should try to get more sleep, but I have to be on the road in an hour +15 :(

How's everyone's orders coming?
