Still nothing for me...the UPS Hub in Louisville must have a ton of things to inspect...
No movement for me either! Although I did get a third “import scan” a bit ago. I’m not hopeful that means anything. 😕
I Facebook messaged UPS and they said it was still in customs and:
“it shows that due to global health events, your package delivery has been delayed.
We are experiencing high volume of packages, We are working through the volume as quickly as we can, please keep on tracking.“ 🙄
I had emailed UPS earlier and they finally got back to me and said I should consider my package lost because it hasn’t moved for three days and to fill out a claim form. But when I try to fill it out it says the package is still in transit. 🙄
Then I chatted with Apple and the CS said to not worry about it and to only contact them if the package wasn’t moving. I told them it hasn’t moved and they said to give it another day or so. 🙄
UPS tracking still shows that my iMac is due to arrive by the end the day TODAY. 🙄
I said I would *try* to be patient. Obviously I didn’t try very hard. 😜
Then with the chatter around kernel panics happening I’m starting to have buyer’s remorse before it even arrives. Fingers crossed those are the exception!
I hope everyone else’s new iMacs arrive quickly and work well! ☺
