iMac shipping status?

My iMac was in Arnhem a couple of hours ago, but it arrived in Helsingborg, Sweden just half an hour ago. Which means I'm getting it tomorrow 
This was shipped way faster than I was expecting. I didn't even get time to clean off my desk

Finally, my iMac is now in Arnhem. That means I will got it before the weekend

At last my imac escaped the clutches of TNT China (obviously part of communist plot to undermine the west
) anyhow ... now it roams free in Arnhem.all it needs to do now is find its way to the UK and onto a TNT lorry before Fri and apple will be forgiven.
Just to add to the stupidity my 4Gb memory upgrade got lost by Citylink as well. Can't anyone get a parcel from A to B these days.
Woah. Same here. Just looked at your sig. The only difference between mine and yours is I got the 750 GB HD. I called earlier and was told that it had already shipped. Hope it is!

There's been no movement on it whatsoever. On the other hand, my applecare plan has, in theory at least, been delivered. The strange thing about that is that I don't have any package in my hands yet. I called apple after I saw that it had been "delivered" and was told that since I got them at the same time and apple care is pre-installed or something like that, it just meant that I had been charged for it. When I asked about the kit with TechTool deluxe and stuff in it, she said I should expect that within a couple of weeks of the iMac delivery. I even updated everything to overnight shipping but if it arrives when it looks like it will, I'll be in the middle of a tutoring session instead of home to sign for it...
Please ship tomorrow

I was looking over the shipping problems others are having so I decided to check my order status at Apple's web site.
Ordered: Friday Aug 10, 2007
Ship Date: Sept 17. What???!!
I called Apple and they said the hold up was the wireless KB. So I canceled my order and reordered with the wired KB and it will ship Aug 22, 2007.

I am really excited about the new iMac I ordered.
A 24" Beauty that should give me plenty of screen estate for Adobe PS and Illustrator.

Check again, mine just updated to show Arnhem. I'm sure we are in the same shipment since everything else is the same, down to the dates and times.
As of 15:15 GMT-5 today my package was in Alaska. Now it is 19:20 GMT-5, not sure if it is still in Alaska or on its way to I do not know where. Hopefully by sometime tomorrow, it will be closer to me

So has anyone gotten their iMacs ahead of the scheduled dates? And if so, how much faster did you get it? I ordered a base 20'' iMac, will this take longer to ship than a custom build or shorter? Thanks
Ditto. I ordered two nights ago and nothing is happening so far with mine... I suppose I'll probably have to wait till next week. Bummer.
How long have most of you had to wait from the initial purchase online until it actually shipped? I'm up to almost two days so far with no notice of even preparing shipment.
My iMac was ordered on 7 Aug (8 Aug local time) and had a ship by date of 13-15 Aug. Well it is now the middle of the day on 16th here and my order STILL hasn't even moved to Prepared for Shipping and the dates still haven't been updated to reflect any delay

Ugh. That's reassuring.
I ordered mine on the 12th and it didn't say preparing shipment until this morning. Of course, no change in status since then.
