Great! Let us know if we can do anything to assist. :)

Alright, question 1:

Is there a way to group a few folders into one 'favorite' (basically creating a 'library' like in XBMC or Plex)? For example, I have a 'Movies' folder and within that 'Movies' folder I have two more folders: 'HD' and 'SD' (for bluray and dvd rips).

When I select the 'Movies' folder as my favorite, it doesn't list the movies in both folders. It just shows both folders (and I have to go into each separately to search for a movie). Hope that makes sense.

Yes, to do this I'd recommend using the Library option.

Once you've added one or more Favorites, these will automatically be indexed into the Library (this may take a bit of time if you have a lot of movies).

Once indexed, the titles will be grouped together and can be browsed through the Library item.

You can also create favorites from Library categories (All Movies, specific genres, etc...) just long-press on a category while browsing in the Library to set a particular item as a Favorite.

Once you have the Library Favorites you want, you can hide your folder based Favorites (if desired) by long-pressing on them and selecting the Hide Favorite option. Doing this will keep the folder indexed in the Library, but hide it from the home screen.

Lastly, if you want to get real fancy you can add custom artwork for your newly created favorites. This option can also be found by long-pressing on a Favorite and choosing the Select Artwork option. Details on the ideal artwork sizes can be found here. https://support.firecore.com/hc/en-us/articles/215090947-Metadata-101

I will give that a shot! Thanks!

One small suggestion so far, please add an alphabet bar/scroll bar at the far right. When browsing a large folder, swiping takes a while.

Any plans for metadata/library syncing (or cloud saving or some sort of centralized metadata application) so we wouldn't have to do the same process multiple times (on multiple Apple TV's)?

@firecore I am thinking about switching from using iTunes Homesharing to using your app. Two questions:

1. Does your app recognize different workout videos? For example, I have the P90X3 DVDs ripped, which is 16 different workouts. Would it properly identify these?

(Sidenote: I feel like there should be another category for fitness videos - they're not movies and they're not tv shows.)

2. I am having trouble understanding what the difference between Infuse and Infuse Pro. What do you get with Pro?

We're currently using TMDb for movie metadata, and it does look like they have info for a number of P90x videos. https://www.themoviedb.org/search?query=p90x Alternatively, you can add your own artwork and metadata for these videos if you so desire. A bit more info on the options for doing this can be found here. https://support.firecore.com/hc/en-us/articles/215090947-Metadata-101

Infuse Pro adds support for more video formats, Dolby/DTS audio, trakt sync, and on iOS AirPlay and Google Cast support.

@firecore will you be supporting the universal search option, so people can just tell Siri the movie they wanna watch from the Infuse Pro library?

Hope your eyes are not hurting from all the winking emojis! :)

I noticed the free app in ATV 4 does not offer more than that option with "SMB protocol" (don't know what that is) for adding files. In the IPP 9.7, the free app has more alternatives. Does that mean if:

- I purchase the app for IPP 9,7, will I have to do it again for ATV 4? Or simply the Pro/paid app from the iPAD will appear for ATV 4 in my "previous purchases not in the ATV" and I'll have all options I need to add files using my PC browser?

For example, I tested VLC and the IP 192.168.1.104 and was able to add one file.MP4 to ATV... However, VLC lacks everything compared to Infuse, so it was only a test (I received my ATV for the 1st time yesterday, still checking some things).

**********
P.S. One last question: will all files I upload to Infuse remain stored in ATV 4 for future use?

At least in VLC it's working that way. Don't know if sometime the ATV itself will remove them.
